Papyrus excitedly jumped in to his "oh-so-amazingly-fantastic-bed!", got under the cover quickly as Sans walked in with two books in hand.

"What shall it be today papyrus? Finish bunny's adventure? Or the story of Love and War?" Sans asked

"Tonight dear brother, the war. If I want to be a royal guard, I must learn about the war."

"If you say so, bro." Sans sat down on papyrus's bed opening the very large book and continuing the story from the other night.

"The humans, were able to do magic as well, it didn't come naturally like monsters. They had to practice and focus. Human also had this thing called 'determination', it allowed them to set a goal and always achieve it. Naturally.
Easily.
Almost with out trying.
But you see, when the princess fell in love with the skeleton, by some miracle, she was able to carry his child.
The human were made for love not love.
The monsters were made for peace.
That is why papyrus, when the Dreemurs tried to negotiate with the human king. They killed the dreemurs son.
The dreemurs wanting vengeance sent monster spies using their magic to look like humans, called the Royal Guards, to get as much knowledge about the humans as possible.
Most Royal Guards were captured and hanged in public.
After the Royal Guards deaths, King Asgore begged the Fonts to do something anything.
When the princess heard Asgore's plea. She left the castle and murdered her human family. When done she did not cry, but she went to her family's cellar, in look for something precious to her. Instead, she found the rest of the Royal Guards. She brought them back home to their family's.
She went home to hers. Not speaking about what she had done to her Royal family. Just smiling at her human daughter and the unborn child in her stomach.
The humans stopped for awhile.
It was peaceful again.
The princess had the child. To everyone's surprise, it was a skeleton with a human soul. A soul of patience.
The prince and princess were able to have a beautiful wedding.
And soon after they had another child.
This was another skeleton with a human soul.
This one had the soul of bravery.
After two peaceful years.
The humans had to destroy it.
They had learned from the Royal Guards tricks and turned them selfs into monsters. They planted a bomb at the older skeletons birthday. The bomb was to the northeast wall. Where the now, Queen Font stood.
Proudly before her child and husband.
She was found dead after the dust cleared. Next to her was a crying 4year old, wishing for his mother to wake up.
Two years of peace and 10 years of war after the bombing. The King Font had fallen.
I do not mean like he died, like he went mad.
The King was also a scientist, so while he had brave monsters fighting the war. He was creating weapons with his oldest son for those soldiers.
There was a side project as well.
Resurrecting the Queen.
The King only became more insane every time he failed to bring her back.
He was able to keep her soul in a high tech jar. When he failed he would talk to the soul. Telling the soul how ugly it was outside, and how handsome their sons had grown, and their human child, Chara, how she was a little warrior. A champion, she fought along side the monsters. She was 18 now, the oldest skeleton was 16, the youngest 14. The youngest looked up to Chara."
Sans was interrupted.
"But sans! What are the skeletons names?"
"Their names are Sans & Papyrus."
"Wait a minute... Wowie! Are we named after them?" Sans scratched the back of his head.
"Yeah, sure pap. Now, back to the story."

" Chara would watch over them, and teach them things just like their mother did. Chara would talk to them about their mother often. How beautiful she was, how kind, how perfect she was.
Until one day.
Chara was struck down. The humans won the war, and sent the monsters under ground.
Forever."

"Is that it? Is that the end?"
"That's the end, it's time for you to go to sleep anyways."
"Goodnight Papyrus."
"Goodnight Sans."
Sans walked out of the room closing the door softly.
I teleported to the lab.
Alphys, is already do some calculations for me.
"It's ready." She told me. I nodded, she pulled the silver leaver.
"Silly Papyrus the story just getting started." I whispered to my self.
Alphys looked into the jar worriedly, the glass broke, sending the shards everywhere. Smoke filled the room. I crashed into the wall.
"We have to shut it down!" Alphys yelled at me.
"Not yet... Alphys." The smoke cleared and I saw feet in-front of me.
"Who are you? Where am I?"
I stood up.
"Mom."
"Mom? Who are you? What have you done to me?"
I grabbed her hand, and showed her my soul.
It was filled with patience. No ordinary monster could have a human soul, only her sons.
"Sansy? Oh, my, goodness you've grown so much! Your so old! Wait that means I'm old! That means... Sansy? Where's you father? Where's you brother? Where's your sister? And who is that?"
She pointed at Alphys. Then whispered to me.
"She keeps staring at me."
I grabbed her hand,
"Come on mom follow me, I'll show you."
I teleported her to our house. I sat her down, on the couch.
"I know you have many questions, so I'll answer them all."
"Where.is.Your. Father."
"He's stuck mom, in the void."
"Non sense! I was just...there..."
"Mom? Are you ok?"
"I remember Sans. Your father, did he accidentally fall into the void, right by the core?"
"Yes, but how did you know that?"
"He told me, he was there. You see Sans, my soul was never in a glass jar, my soul was in the void! Where you just brought me out of!"
"Mom, please, talk slowly."
"He is stuck in the void, we need to get him out."
