I walk into the doors, The hopes of being able to get though the day. I'm SO not ready for this change. New school, new people to come out to (I - I'm Bi..), it's all a change. I stare down at my feet as I walk, I don't think I can make eye contact with anybody without freaking out.
My names Charlotte, my god, I hate my name. It's so girly for a girl who isn't girly at all. I look up to see everyone in thier own conversations, distracted by thier own mindless discussions. I shyly make my way to the front office. "Uhm.. excuse me, M-My names Charlotte Gold, A-A new student" I mumble, loudly so the screctary can her me over the first bell.
"Oh, Miss Gold, Welcome to west lake high. Heres your schedule, It'll tell you your classes and how to get to them" She said sweetly
"Thank you."I say sweetly before slowly turning around and walking but I get stoped by a girl.
"Wait, Im new too." I turn and look at her. "I'm Courtney." She said holding out her hand.
"Charlotte. " I mumble and takes her hand shaking it.
"Well, us new girls better stick together yeah?" She said smiling
I giggled shyly and nod "Yeah."
"You're shy?" She asked "Its not bad, If anything its adorable"
"Y-yeah I'm a bit shy." I say blushing feintly.
"We should get to class, I'll walk you?"she asked and smiles sweetly.
"Since we're going to be in the same class."I said laughing quietly.
"Oh shush."She said teasingly.

I managed to make my way through the day, Courtneys been a giant help. It's been a pretty good day. I smile to myself as I slowly put my books in my locker, "Guess who" Courtney whispers in my ear as she covers my eyes.
"Hm, I dunno is it Jennifer Lawrence or..? "I say teasingly
She groans "Guess again, jerkface"
"Is it Courtneyyy? "I ask
"Oh shit shes on to me" She says Laughing.
I giggle and sigh "Take your hands off of my eyes fruit cake."
"Finneee" She said laughing and taking her hands off of my eyes and turns me around.
"Thank youu." I say looking at her
"You're very welcome madam. " She said smiling
"Are we going to eat lunch or..? " I ask laughing
She shreiks playfully "Cafeteria food?"
"Oh ew I forgot I was in school"I say making a grossed out face.
She laughed and holds out her hand for me "Let's go for a walk this hour?"
I nod slowly and takes her hand "Yeah, That actually sounds inviting. " I say
I seenin the corner of my eye that shes blushing and slowly squeezes her hand. She's diffrent, it's a good diffrent... I like it.
