I grabbed her gently. I kissed her hand and eventually got to her shoulder. Her radiant skin trembled at the touch of my lips. I got to her cheeks and her lips were longing for a kiss. I didn't kiss her and she couldn't wait any longer. She kissed me hungrily like she had had enough of my toying around. Slowly, we fell onto the bed. I cupped her breasts underneath her dress with my palms. With every second that went by, her lips got more succulent. I couldn't get enough of her. My fingers slid up her thigh but she held them before they got any further. I could tell she wasn't comfortable so I backed off. She had an apologetic look on her face. I gave her a final kiss and smiled to reassure her. There wasn't any need to be in a rush, besides I even counted myself lucky getting to kiss a girl like Ingrid. We sat on the bed.

"Hungry?" she asked

"Very. I could gobble up an elephant," I joked.

We went downstairs. Ingrid entered the kitchen and got busy while I sat in the living room and played candy crush saga on my phone. After close to an hour of waiting, Ingrid appeared with a tray. The aroma alone got my head spinning. She set the food on the dining table and asked me to draw closer. I wasted no time getting to the table. We said the grace and I lifted the lid of the bowl. It was chicken soup. I picked up a spoon and offered her one but she declined.

"It's yours," she said.

"Hope it isn't poison," I joked.

"The most deadly kind," she said with a devious smile.

I took the first sip and it was mind blowing. Ingrid was certainly the one. The spice content, the taste of the chicken, everything was just right about the soup.

"Mm, Ingrid Williams, you definitely have access to Heaven's kitchen. This soup tastes heavenly. "

"Cut it out Joey, it's not that good anyway."

"It's the best I've ever tasted," I confessed.

She went into the kitchen and returned with a salad. I looked on attentively as she devoured the mixture of vegetables bits by bits.

"I didn't enjoy the soup with you because I'm a vegetarian," Ingrid announced.

That was one of the things we didn't have in common because my love for meat was unending.

"Wow Ingrid, everything about you is intriguing."

"Joseph don't start," she said with a heartwarming smile.

I finished up the soup and I couldn't help but ask for more. As Ingrid went to refill, the front door opened. It was Ingrid's mother. She had neatly cut hair and her clothes were like the ones on the pages of a fashion catalogue. I stood and greeted.

"Hi there. How are you doing?" she responded.

"I'm doing well, Mrs. Williams," I let out.

"Oh I see you've heard about me. "

"Yes ma'am. Ingrid says a lot about you," I lied.

Ingrid walked in.

"Hi mother, you're back already? This is Joseph," Ingrid said.

"Oh wow, the one you've always been talking about? You were right when you said he was handsome," her mother said.

"Oh mother. You're embarrassing me," Ingrid said shyly.

I only sat there and smiled.

"Nice to finally meet you," Ingrid's mother said.

"Likewise," I replied as she went upstairs.
