Opposite Worlds

Prologue

Hi, it's me, Heather.

I am a vampire. And yet here I am broad day-light.

Running, running away as fast as I can.

Why? Because I stole a fucking piece of bread!

I never knew bagels taste like this! Exquisite!

It's the best thing I have ever tasted, well pig blood still tastes the best.

Anyway, where was I, oh yes I am running, running away from an angry girl from the bakery.

You're probably thinking that I'm stupid because I stole a bread, on broad day-light.

Yup, maybe you're right..

I wasn't really planning on stealing some piece of bread.

But for some reason, it smelled different. 

I was busy minding my own business inside a forest, I even caught a humongous boar.

Even so, with the peculiar smell. I abandoned the boar I caught.

And that smell, led me into a bakery.

And there it was, a softly baked bagel, lying on the table top, begging me to eat it.

I didn't even hesitated on following the scent towards those bagels.

Good thing I wore a hoodie today, or I'm a toasted vampire today. Bye bye Heather.

After that, you probably knew what happened.

For a vampire, I am really slow. 

Because apparently, I have not drink human blood for like, 400 years? or 300? I'm not even sure.

All I know is that ever since the day that I have been kicked out of my clan, I have not tasted any human blood since then.

After all, I have been living all by myself for all those centuries. I can't let myself be captured by humans.

And yet, here I am being chased by a little girl.

Boy, she can actually run really fast!

I was quite losing hope, but after all those running. We've reached the forest.

I am safe everyone!

I boosted my speed and run quickly as hell.

I'm pretty sure that little girl already lost track of me.

So I slow down my pace and ate the bagel I stole.

I was happily skipping and humming, roaming around the forest.

And then I saw a boar. Great. Boars for Lunch.

I immediately  jumped near the boars.

Could this day get any better?

But boy I was wrong.

I was caught in a fucking trap.

I thought the girl set up that trap.

But, I saw a guy standing.

And then he screamed.

"What the hell did I just caught?"
