Once, a long time ago, before the Moon circled Earth, and before the Earth and Moon circled the Sun. There lived two siblings, twins. A brother and a sister. The sister had silver long hair that went down to her waist, and dark eyes. The brother was very different from his sister. He had hair the color of fire, and eyes that shined. Nobody knows where they came from, or why, but the humans tried to stay away from the twins. This resulted to the twins hunger, and lack of money. Now, in those days, the Earth was as cold as stone. And nothing grew, due to the lack of the Sun. The grass was gray and dead. The tree's had no leaves, only their trunks and limbs. The people thought that the world was a fickle thing, instead of asking help from the other orbits, and galaxy's, the Earth asked for help from the two twins everyone was wary of. The two twins decided to help the Earth. Taking two poisonous grapes, they swallowed them. As their limbs grew tired, there brains slowing down, and fuzz overcoming their sight, the people of the Earth grew restless. They gathered in groups and instead of finding another solution, they passed along whispers and rumors about the two twins. The same two twins who where dying to help Mother Earth. As their bodies turned to ash, the wind carried their ashes up into the sky. Swirling and dancing against the blue, starless sky. As their ashes touched the sky, their ashes separated, still dancing against the sky. Both of the twins ashes turned into bright, fireballs. The Earth began to warm up, but since there were two Suns it was to hot for the Earth and humans. The humans started to complain, and the ice started to melt, overflowing the ocean. The twins knew that if they didn't do something the humans would perish, and the Earth would turn to dead rocks. The sister, wise, said to her brother and Mother Earth. Let one of us Sun's die out. It would be best for the humans. Mother Earth, even though agreed, was a little worried. She would have to choose one of the twins to continue as the sun, and the other Sun would have to die out. The brother, foolish, was excited. He wanted to know who would get chosen as the remaining Sun. The Earth said to both of the Sun's. Wait, and I will decide who will be the remaining Sun. As the twin Sun brother disappeared behind Mother Earth, sister Sun said to the Earth. May I be the one to be put out? The Earth was shocked. Sister Sun continued talking, I want my brother to be happy and I don't want to make you choose between the two of us. As she was talking she began to die out. Her voice became weaker as she finished her sentence. The Earth cooled down, and in the place where Sister sun floated there was a ball of cold rock. The Earth cried as if the sister was her own daughter and the world overflows with salty water drowning the inhabitants. As the remaining Sun felt the cold coming from the other side of Mother Earth, and the screams of humans drowning. He was devastated. His sister had put herself out for him. So he would live.
