Chapter 4

~Bill's POV~

"Hey Shooting star." I smirk at shoot star. I feel Pine tree trying to get off my lap but I hold him tighter. "Bill!?" Mabel says. "Listen let me expla-" before I could finish, Mabel runs over and gives me the biggest hug, knocking me and Pine tree over. "Wha-" I got cut off again. "Oh Bill, I know your sorry about everything and I forgive you. I will always forgive you." Tears form in my eyes and I hug shooting start back. "Thank you Mabel. For forgiving me." She looks at me in shock. "Y-you said my name." I laugh. "Don't get use to is shooting star. We all sit there in silence. Not an awkward silence, but a comfortable, savory silence. "Well, I should get going..." I say as I start to get up but immidietly get pulled back down my Mabel. "What!? No! Your gonna stay here with us!" Mabel says. "Really!? Thank you so much!" I say back. "You can sleep with Dipper." Mabel says with a smirk. "W-what!?" Pine tree says blushing a deep red. "You WILL let my ship sail! I have shipped you two for so long and this ship will NOT sink!" I blush a deep pink. "Ok fine, he can sleep with me." Pine tree says looking away trying to cover his blush. "Yay!" I jump on Pine tree giving him a big hug. He hugs back.

Soon Mabel is fast asleep and so is Pine tree. I skoot closer to Pine tree and pull him close to me. He snuggles into my chest like a baby kitten. I wrap my arms around him and hold him tight. 'Finally...after 5 years...I have you in my arms at last...'

I gently kiss the top of his head. "Don't worry Pine tree...I will always protect you and won't let anyone hurt you...I promise you..." He snuggles into me more and wraps his arms around me and smiles. "I love you Bill" Pine tree says. "I love you too Pine tree."
