"Again?!" I groan as I slump back against my bed. It's literally seven in the morning and I'm on the phone with our manager since he decided to give me a lovely call.
"Yes, now hurry up and get ready. I'll be there in five minutes and you better be ready so that you're not late on your first day." With that, he hangs up on me.
Groaning quietly to myself, I pull myself out of bed and go over to my closet. Finding the new uniform that looks nearly identical to the other three that I've already had, I pull it out. Frowning at the annoying uniform that I'm required to wear, I slip it on and pull my sneakers on.
Grabbing my school bag from my desk chair, I quietly slip out of my room so as not to wake the others. Looking at my watch, I realize that I'm about to be late if I don't hurry.
Running down five flights of stairs from the top floor of the dorms building, I make it just barely on time as rush over to the van. Hopping into the front passenger seat, I slump back in it.
"Stop acting like this is going to kill you, Ara. You'll be fine." My manager rolls his eyes at me as he takes off down the road. I glare over at him.
"What about my schedule for the day and the rest of the week for that matter?" I question him, not seeing how this is supposed to fit into my already overly busy life.
"First of all, that's for me to worry about. Not yourself. Secondly, we've been planning this for the last week. We've been working with your schedule for the last week now so that it would fit in with school." He explains, rolling his eyes once more.
I don't bother saying anything further until we arrive at the school where he hands me a pair of glasses. My eyes widen at the things in his hands, not taking them as I look up at him. He sighs tiredly at me.
"Ara, take them. Oh, also you need to put these in too. It's the only disguise you get and need here." He tells me, pulling out something else. Frowning, I take both things out of his hands and open the second up to find a pair of colored contact lenses.
"Changing the color of your eyes is going to help immensely with your cover. Add glasses to the mix and you'll be good to go. Now hurry up before you're late." He explains.
I sigh, quickly putting both the contacts in and the glasses on before getting out of the van.
"I'll be here when school lets out to take you to the studio. No bad kid attitude, Ara. You need to be a completely different person." He informs me before I close the door.
I don't bother responding, using all of my willpower not to lash back out at him. He knows I don't want to be here.
Walking into the school, I keep my head slightly down. I don't want to see people nor do I care to talk to any of them. It's not that I think I'm better than any of them, that's most certainly not the case. I'm just very selective with who I have around me.
Walking through the school, I'm quick to find my locker before heading off to find my classroom. Thankfully, that doesn't take long as I walk in just as the bell rings to start class.
"Class, we have a new student! Miss, would you like to introduce yourself?" The teacher, Ms. Ming announces. I squeeze my eyes shut momentarily, wishing not to have the attention on me. With a sigh and forced smile, I open my eyes up to the class.
"Hello, everyone. I'm Yun Ara. Hope everything goes well here." I tell the class. Ms. Ming gives me an annoyed smile before pointing to a seat in the back.
My eyes wander to the seat where she's pointing as I begin to head over there. I feel my blood run cold though, as I realize who's sat at the table with me. Forcing myself not to allow my eyes to widen at the sight, I bite my tongue and scan the room.
Namjoon. Hoseok. Yoongi...
As I watch Namjoon wink at me, a sigh escapes my lips and I allow my head to fall. This is going to be harder than I'd thought.
