TIME SKIP: ONE MONTH LATER
Its been a month since i meet Orochimaru and everything was perfect. I had moved in with him and now since he was considered the Kage, the villagers see me as the Kage to, although Oro has more power. I spent most of my days practicing my power and trying to find out where i come from. I talk to most villagers just to find out its history, the clans that live here. Stuff like that. Orochimaru is busy most of the time, but he allways trys to make time for me. Akane still threatens him every now and then, she still doesnt trust him. Although i wish she would, i see where shes coming from. She was betrayed by the people she saw as family, now that im her only family shes trying to protect me.
Today was one of my days off of searching and i was just walking around the village with Akane. Most days the streets are busy with shops and people but now today. Its too quiet, almost like the calm before a storm. I hated it, same with Akane. We both where on high alert. "Amane, i know you feel it to. Somethings going to happen today. I have a feeling that its not going to be that good," Akane tilted her head to face me. "I know. We just have to be ready for it. Besides this village as some of the strongest shinobi. We will be fine." Akane just nodded and we continued walking.
We walked a couple of steps before the ground swayed under me. before i hit the ground Akane held me up. She was now big enough to ride with two people not that it would be needed. I was the only one that rode Akane. She wouldnt let anyone touch her, and im glad shes to important to me. "Amane! Come on there is obviously something wrong withh you. You have been pale this entire day, not to mention you threw up a couple of times this week. We need to see a doctor. I have let this go on far enough, come on," her tone left no room for argument, not that i had the energy to argue anyways.
"Fine, fine," i slowly lifted myself on Akane, her bending down so i could do so. I layed my head in her soft fur and dozed off.
When i woke everything was white and my eyes got blinded by a white light. It took a few moments for my eyes to adjust before i lifted myself in a sitting postition. I looked around the bland room. Of course, a hospital room. I let out a low groan. Needles where my biggest fear, and guess what a giant iv was sticking out from my hand. Akane was at my bedside as soon as she heard me make a noise. "Soo, Akane. Did they figure out what was wrong with me?" "Uhh, yea. Its not what you think. I told them to leave soo i could tell you. Ohh and your fine to leave when your ready. Before i tell you, Orochimaru doesnt know yet. I told the doctors to keep thier mouth shut.... Amane your pregnant.." As soon as Akane said those words i found myself breathless. I just couldnt be.... well i could but i just didnt want to think i was. As bad as it was i knew i could handle it.. "Well, its okay. Although i am a bit younger than i thought, ive allways wanted to have a kid. Imagine a little me or Orochimaru with us." I smiled at the thought.
"Well i know you will be a wonderful mother," Akane smiled to. For her to except this was amazing. I knew then and thier what her role would be. I unable to stand hospitals took the iv out of my arm. Ohh i forgot to mention im also an expert medical ninja. I stood up from the bed and went over to Akane. I wrapped my arms wround her neck since she was now lying down. I started to stroke her fur. "Akane. I have one request for you, from me and this child.... Will you be thier godmother," Akane stared at me shocked, until she snuggled closer to me and wispered in my ear. "I would be honored to be the godmother of this child." I knew Akane would be perfect, she would protect the child with her life.
I got up from the floor and teleported me and Akane out of the hospital. I felt a little dizzy, but it was nothing i couldnt stand. Once agian me and Akane started to walk the village once agian in silence. It wasnt akward, we where both enjoying the piece and quiet. This was ll inturrupted when i head a voice call my name. I turned around to see Oro walking up to me. Something seemed off about him.. he seemed distant. When he got to me he just procedded to talk. "I need to talk to you Amane, alone." I turned my head to face Akane. "Ill be back, no causing trouble," she rolled her eyes as i finished. Oro started to walk until her finally stopped in the forest. This was starting to get creepy, it honestly frightened me.
When he turned back to look at me he had this smile on his face. It wasnt one of his usual smiles, this one held something evil to it. I was slowly losiing my breath, looking at the stranger in front of me. "Amane, Amane, Amane.. Did you honestly think I loved you. That this month ment something to me. How wrong you are my dear. You mean nothing to me, i would rather that you just die right now. I would kill you myself but i just dont want to waste my talent on someone as weak and pathetic as you. You see i have finally got what i wanted to im leaving here. Since i am on a tight schedual, i have to go. To bad we cant continue this conversation. Maybe next time, when. i will kill you," with those words he vanished leaving me alone in the middle of the woods. I was slowly getting out of my shock before i let out a shriek of agony. He just left, told me I was nothing. My body started to shake and sobs echoed through the woods. I gave him everything, know that hes gone he took it all with him. Living didnt make sense anymore, nothing did.
I was still crying, for who knows how long until Amane came out from the trees. I looked around me tonotice the sky dark, i was crying all day. When she got to my side i finally collasped but she broke my fall. Now we where just laying in the grass me stroking her fur, trying to calm down. "Akane.. He left," i managed to let those words shakily escape my lips. She snuggled as close to me as she could get, wrapping her body around me. We spent the rest of the night like that until i silently cried myself to sleep.
