                            Hero's POV
"No problem karmi and see you around"
"Alright bye Hero"
"Bye karmi"
You hear your principal come on the speakers
"Attention all students there is a fire in lab 2a and in labs 2b and 4d in the west wing please stay away until we clear the area"
I look at Karmi and see the look of terror on her face
"MY LAB 4D!!!!"
She started running and all I can see is when I didn't stop my brother and I grab her wrist and stop her
" Karmi you can't go principle's order" I say
You feel her struggle while you pull her away when we reach the cafeteria I let go
"Karmi what were you thinking you could have been hurt or worse I made that mistake once but I'm not making it again"  I exclaimed
"WHAT DID YOU THINK I WAS GOING TO DO I WAS GONNA CHECK ON MY LAB AND ALL THE WORK THAT WILL PROBABLY BE BURNED" She yells back and raises an eyebrow waiting for me to give a response
" After what happened to my brother I promised myself that if anyone was in danger i would do something instead of watching like i did when my brother died so I kept my promise to myself"
I responded fists clutched Karmi just stared at me with an apologetic look in her eyes and after about a minute she said
"Im sorry about your brother and thanks for caring Hero but I don't need a Hero I need someone to talk to anyway thanks"
I couldn't think of what to say as she walked towards the food court. I stood there not knowing what to do. Then I decided to follow her and get some food. We just sat there in silence and only one thought came to make mind
