Chapter 2

*Flashback to 8th grade* ( They are in 12th grade in the present)

Mitch's P.O.V: Hmm, I wondered if Jerome will like the flowers I got for him, they were expensive, but totally worth it. I hoped he said yes, cause I really loved him. Like a lot. Oh there was Jerome! He was looking down at the floor and it looked like he was crying, something was wrong. There must be reason why he was crying.

"H-Hey Jerome!" I said and my hands were shaking, cause I was nervous.

He looked at me and started to laugh like a psycho. (Dunno :/ ) It lasted for at least 30 seconds or so, but anyways he looked at me. He was angry at me for some reasons and I didn't even know, I mean I didn't do anything wrong to him. Did I?

"Hey?! Why the point of acting friendly to me if you have spread false rumors about me! You know rumors always affect me the most, so you did this crap to me, right mr.Rumors. You told everyone that I was being a baby when someone take my pencil or being super annoying. I mean none of this is true and why the crap would you put this god damn false statements about me!" Jerome yelled at me and when he saw my confused look, he threw a newspaper at me. Which I caught and read it.

I froze. I mean mr.Rumors was created by me, but I didn't remember doing this to him. Jerome also needed to remember that I'm not the only one who worked on the rumors, there were a group of people who did it too. If there were female, then in the newspaper, it would said mrs. Rumors or if it a boy, then it will be mr.Rumors. Though I wondered why Jerome thought it was me.

"But I-" I was interrupted by Jerome's slap, he hit me in the face, hard. It stung as hell, but I ignored it.

"Don't you ever talk to me again, you meanie!" Jerome screamed at me and ran away. I fell down on my knee and dropped the flowers out of my hands. Who would do this to me and why? What have I done to them.

Rob's P.O.V: Me and Vikk have saw the whole thing, we looked at each other confusedly. I wondered why Jerome slapped Mitch, I mean they were besties, and even they were mad at each other, Jerome or Mitch would not slap each other in the face. Unless it was a challenge or dare, then they might do it. Anyway, Vikk and I walked over to him. His face was messy form crying and I can see the flowers he has bought for Jerome. I heard that it took him nearly a week or so to find Jerome's favorite flowers. It was really rare to find it, and most people would give up finding it, but he was doing for love. Eventually, he found it. But now it was ruined like a broken heart.

"Dude, are you okay? We saw the whole thing, it was dramatic?" Vikk was trying to find the right word to describe the situation, but failed.

"What happened? Jerome would never slap you for no reasons." I asked Mitch and handed him a tissue to wipe his face.

Mitch pointed at a newspaper that was on the floor, so I picked it up, and read it. Vikk was right next to me, so he also read it too. We were confused why Mitch has putted rumors about Jerome, yet if it was Mitch, he would not do that to Jerome or anyone else. He always think about it like was this rumors were going to affect someone's reputation or not.

"Why would this person do this to me. Why, why, why?" Mitch's face was filled with confused and I felt soooo horrible for him.

"Come on, lets go get something to drink." Vikk changed the subject.

"Yeah, lets go have some bro time, Mitch. We have not done that for a very long time." I said and I was trying to sound happy as I can. But all Mitch does was shaking head, looking at the torn flowers like his heart.

* End of flashback*

Rob's P.O.V: "Come on, lets leave them." Mitch said and starting to walk away.

I can tell he was fighting back his tears and feeling for Jerome and speaking of feeling, I have feeling for this special dude that I have known for a long time. But now, we rarely talked to each other. I hoped he has the same feeling just like me.
