Melanies POV:
I was walking down the street of Mystic Falls Virginia,I came here in search of my biological father Damon Salvatore,he left my mom right before she could tell him she was pregnant with me,my mom died giving birth to me putting me in an orphanage I ran away when I was 15 and I came here to Mystic Falls my mom left a note and a picture of my dad in a bag and put it in her will,I took that picture and note and found out this is where my real dad lived. I walked up to a big mansion and knocked on the door hoping someone was home because If they weren't that would suck a lot,I saw someone come and open the door it was a male he had Black hair and Greenish eyes."Can I help you?" he asked,i looked at the picture in my hand and instantly knew this was my father."My name is Melanie Johnson Salvatore,I'm your daughter" I told him not knowing how he would react,I looked up to him and his face looked like he was in shock and then it just went into a cold stare."I don't have kids so tell me now who are you!?" he growled at me,I gasped and looked down"I just did My name is Melanie Johnson Salvatore your my father" I repeated it again."Who's your mother?" he asked me warily."My moms name was Sarah Johnson" I said looking at him right in the eyes,he gasped."Where's your mother?" he looked at me."My moms dead she died giving birth to me" I told him,trying not to start crying,I started shivering from the cold"Please,come in so we can talk" He said giving me a soft kind smile and then it turned into a cold stare,I walked inside and looked around the house was beautiful it was so big too"I believe you when you said that your my daughter" He said his eyes were filled with hate and i think pain,I nodded"Okay" I whispered I ran to my dad and hugged him tightly,I started sobbing"I've been wanting to meet you for so long." I whispered"I..Umm I'm sorry"he said,he looked had a cold look to his face"why did you leave my mom why did you leave her!? You could've just left a note or said one final goodbye but no you just disappeared!"I asked him,I moved a few steps back from him."It's complicated Melanie" he said in a whisper,I walked up to him."So Complicated that you left my mom without a goodbye or a note"I asked him."Can we talk about this tomorrow please" He asked me,I sighed and nodded "Alright where will I be sleeping?"I asked him softly.He led me upstairs to a room it was very pretty it had a king size bed in the middle black curtains and a flat screen tv."Thank You...Damon" I said walking inside and laying in bed falling asleep.
