Disclaimer- This school is based off the schools in the American school system. Sorry for my non-American readers.

(Y/n)'s P.o.v

   The first noise I heard was the sound of my alarm clock blaring. Then after minutes and minutes of hoping for it to shut off I finally decided that maybe I should get up.

  When I sat up I took in my surroundings. My same old room, not a complete mess, but not exactly super neat and organized either. The sun was shining through my window  and as it was early in the morning, it was quite harsh.

  I shut off my alarm finally and blinked a few times. Wait why is my alarm going off? I thought, then after thinking of yesterday's events I  realized why the alarm was going off.

  Oh jeez, how could I forget school starts again today! I thought smacking my forehead. Luckily I'm not late better get ready.

  Ah yes today was my first day of junior year at Midgard high school, or MGS. And don't ask me why its named that, our school's founder had a fascination with early Germanic cosmology and Norse Mythology.

  He might have thought it to be cool or something but I just think its way too complicated for a school name. But its whatever I suppose.

  Besides the strange name, I actually don't mind school for the most part. I have great friends my classes aren't all that hard to me and I can handle most of the work, so what have I to fret about?

  I got up and started my usual morning routine. I got dressed, brushed my hair and did it to the style of my liking then went downstairs to eat breakfast.

  My mother was there smiling at me, "Hey sweetheart, glad to see you are awake, I made breakfast for you." She said motioning to the plate on the table.

  "Thanks mom" I said hugging her and then started eating my breakfast.
"Are you excited for school today?" She asked.

  "I mean ya sure, I just want to see my friends." I said muffled because I was chewing my food while talking.

  "Do you want me to give you a ride to school?" She asked. I shook my head "No thanks I think I'll walk with Thor and Bruce, like I usually do." I said.

Thor and Bruce had been my neighbors and friends for a while now so it became practically a tradition to walk together on school days.

  She nodded in understanding "Well I think I'm gonna head off to work now, I love you and hope you have a good day." She said kissing my cheek and then heading out the door.

  I finished my breakfast, then brushed my teeth and washed my face. And I was almost ready to go just had to put my shoes on when I got a text.

  Thor- Lady (Y/n) Bruce and I are outside.

Me- Ok one sec I'm almost ready.

  I finished putting my shoes on, grabbed my bag and then walked out the door (and locked it with my key of course).

As expected I saw my two friends waiting for me on the sidewalk in front of my house. Thor and Bruce smiled as I smiled and jogged up to them giving both a bone crushing hug.

  "Jeez (Y/n) you hugged us like you haven't seen us in forever, we literally saw you 3 days ago." Bruce wheezed. Meanwhile Thor seemed to be un effected buy the hug.

  "Oops ya i'm sorry I just still missed you guys." I said blushing from embarrassment. We started walking and talking about whatever we had felt like until we were almost to our school.

  "So you guys excited?" I asked. Bruce sighed "Eh I mean not really, these classes are the same boring stuff, no challenge." He said. I rolled my eyes "Ok Mr.all honors classes, you can shut up now." I said lightly punching him in the arm, Slightly jealous.

  "What about you Thor?" I asked. "Oh well I-uh certainly think it will be interesting for sure. We are upperclassmen now." He said nervously. Huh, odd. Oh well, must be first day jitters but Thor doesn't usually get first day jitters... I thought, but then brushed it off.

  While lost in my thoughts I  guess I didnt notice that we were at the front of the school. Then I noticed and from there went to the quad we decided to go get our schedules from the gym first.

  Seeing the tables for different last name letters I went to my table and got my schedule. I wasn't the smartest but I wasn't the worst student either.

I had my own strengths and weaknesses academically. I was really good in history and English so I had honors in those two. Unfortunately I am mediocre in Science and suck at Math so I have just regular in those classes, which isn't,so bad.

  Bruce and I had one class together, while Thor and I had three. We went outside and saw two of our friends Steve and Tony, along with Tony's girlfriend, Pepper. 

  I gave them all the same treatment I did Bruce and Thor. Tony returned the hug and said, "Wow ok small fry I missed you too." He said in a teasing tone.

  I glared "Is that a short joke? I'm not even that short Tony." I said crossing my arms. "Well you're shorter than me so I get teasing rights." He said sticking his tounge out like a child.

  Then when I gave Steve his hug he said "I missed you too (Y/n)." and smiled at me. Which I gladly returned.

  Then Pepper and I squealed like typical girls (atleast thats what Tony said.) and asked about,each others summers and how her relationship with Tony was going.

  Then Natasha, Clint, and Wanda came over and I greeted them as well. I hadn't greeted Natasha with the usual bear hug because she would more than likely kick me if I did.

  Then we all exchanged schedules and I found overall i had
3 Classes with Tony
2 Classes with Pepper
3 Classes with Thor
2 Classes with Steve
1 Class with Wanda
2 Classes with Natasha
1 Class with Clint

  And then later found my friend Stephen and found out that he was a T.A (Teacher's Aid) for my science class which was pretty cool.

  I was quite relieved to find I had classes with my friends some people were likely not as lucky.

  I put my stuff in my locker which was near Thor's and we put our stuff away.

  "Ahh man our school days are going on good and peaceful so far nothing could ruin it." Tony said leaning against the lockers.

  Gosh Damn it he can't be saying things like that because literally everytime someone does, SOMETHIBG GOES WRONG.

  So with that feeling of dread now in my stomach Thor said "Well then I should probably tell you some news-" Thor was cut off as well looked at the doors of the hall opened.

  And a familiar silhouette was in the doorway.

3rd Period- Math
4th Period- T.A (Teachers aid)
Lunch
6th Period- Science
7th Period- Drama

*Didn't include P.E because after sophmore year in my state you aren't required to take it. But you can as an elective if you want.
