Mackenzie's POV

We've been driving for 20 hours! Our goal for this trip was to make no stops and take turns driving, we just wanted get to the beach house. We had three and a half hours left till we were in California.

Of coarse I was stuck driving for the past three hours, my eyes started to get heavy and I felt myself start to doze off..

"MACKENZIE WATCH OUT!!" Hannah screamed, I jumped and quickly veered to the right side of the road, dodging the big transport truck.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry guys! I think we should uhh switch drivers for a bit" I stated

"good idea, I don't really feel like dying today, in fact I would like to get to this damn beach house and see my boyfriend!" Said Jenna in her sarcastically tone. We pulled over onto the side of the road everything is dark and there are no cars to been seen, me and Jenna switched spots and she started to drive off again. "So Jenna, is your boi bringing any friends with him to the beach house?" Hannah said with a smirk on her face

"Yeah actually carter is bringing 3 of his friends, Nash, Matt and Cameron. you guys haven't met them tho" Jenna said. Sarah didn't talk much the whole ride there, but when she did it just came out as a bitchy tone, to be completely honest we didn't like Sarah, Hannah was just forced to bring her with us cuz she's her cousin.

"Ugh what's taking so long?! We should have just taken a damn plane" sarah spit. "What would be the fun in that?" I said back to her.

Before we know it were 10 minuets away from the beach house, we were just trying to find the address and the streets we needed to follow. of coarse with Jenna driving we got a little bit lost so Hannah took the wheel and Jenna moved to the back to call carter.

"Hey babe, it's me uhh were a little but lost how do you get there from McDonald avenue?" Jenna said in an embarrassing voice "haha only you guys, but you not actually to far away" carter said. Jenna hung op the phone in no time and told Hannah where to drive, in a matter of 5 minuets we pulled up to the drive way, the house was beautiful!! All three boys came outside following carter, Jenna ran over to carter and kissed him, I have carter a hug since he was the only guy I really knew. "gimme your guys bags, I'll introduce you all when we get inside" carter said happily. I was the last person to enter the house, and I couldn't help but notice one of the boys, I think that was Cameron but wasn't for sure, he was really good looking tho. we all went to the living room and it was gorgeous, Jenna sat on Carter's lap while I sat beside them and Sarah, Hannah say on the end beside Matt and Cameron and Nash sat in the two chairs across the room. "so everyone I'll introduce cuz this shit is gettin awkward" carter said laughing we all laughed with him, I could see Cameron staring at me with the corner of my eye, but I acted like I didn't see him

"Okay Mackenzie, this is Cameron, Nash and Matt, guys this is Mackenzie but everyone calls her Mack for sort" carter introduced "hey, nice to meet you guys" I said shyly. the three of them said hi back and returned the gesture. carter introduced Hannah and Sarah to the three of them, and himself since i already knew carter.

"Uhh carter where are we staying, like where should we put our bags?" I asked "oh yeah! Let me show you to your rooms, and btw two of you guys are going to have to share a room" carter said "that's fine, I'll stay with Sarah I guess" Hannah sighed "okay Mack your the lucky winner you get to have the room all to yourself" Jenna laughed "awesome, I don't even feel like a loner" I laughed and brought my bags to my room. I didn't bother to change since I wasn't tired yet and wasn't planning on going to bed. "Hey Mack me and Sarah are gonna go to bed we're tired from the drive" Hannah says "okay night see you tomorrow"

I heard Jenna and carter in Carter's room I'm guessing so I decided to go talk to the boys since I was spending the while summer with them. as I walked out of my room nash ran into me "oh shit I'm sorry, you okay?" He said trying not to laugh "hahaha yeah I'm good, just help me up" I said laughing, he helped me up and said sorry again "I think I'm gonna go to bed now but hopefully we will talk tomorrow so I know I'm not living with a murder" he says laughing " yeah for sure, is Cameron or Matt still up?" I ask "yeah they're the night hawks, they are always up" he says " haha okay thanks again, night" I say walking down the Hall, I realize that my phone is at 5% and I forgot my charger, ugh how could I forget it. I walk into the living room, "hey guys mind if I join ya? Everyone els is going to sleep" I ask in a shy voice " haha yeah for sure, besides me and cam wanted to get to know you all better, because we don't know anything about you" Matt said laughing " yeah tell us about yourself Mack and cheese" cam said with a big smile on his face " oh haha haven't herd that one before" I said laughing sarcastically I know I didn't know either of these boys but they are honestly so sweet and hilarious, the whole night we pretty much talked about everything, where I went to school, what I liked to do, where I lived, they two boys talked about there family and they all seem so sweet, they asked about mine and all I said was "it's complicated" and left it at that, I didn't know if I wanted to tell them, just yet.
