Super...Hero or Villain?

Part 4

The world seemed to have stopped. Everything was happening in slow motion as glass and flames danced past the two bodies which lay still on the ground. Then slowly they both rose up, each of them equally speechless.

Stunned at the sudden turn of events Dark Arrow gasped. Then immediately Golden Flame flew into action. He charged at the house. Inside the flames were dancing about wildly, trying to lick his cape. As he scanned the surrounding area he could find no signs of life, of the girl anywhere.

Glass shattered. The noise was from upstairs. Thinking the girl had tried to break a window and jump down he flew up. It was Dark Arrow throwing the furniture all over the place.

"What are you doing here? Are you trying to bring the building down faster?!", Golden Arrow growled and tackled him to the ground.

"No you !!! ... I was trying to find the girl as well. As you know I can put out fire with my cold powers. However this is too strong. Something is messing with my abilities", Dark Arrow snarled back.

"I scanned the building but the girl isn't there", said Golden Flame.

"Maybe it's messing with your powers too or you just didn't search properly!" Dark Arrow retorted throwing him back.

As the two stop stood there having a silent stand off, while the building was being burnt down they didn't realize that they were being watched.

Behind a tree stood a girl. She had on a green mask and her green suit blende into the grassy environment. Her purple hair was covered by her cape while the hair nearly hid her face.

"You boys have no idea of who I am or for what I have in store for you yet...", she laughed maliciously to herself as her purple eyes shimmered and gleamed with mischief...
