I don’t feel like getting up yet. So, I sit here and think why this had to be my life. Why do I have to be a stupid orphan that is mega poor, wears the one and only outfit I have everyday, and barely gets three meals a day? Why couldn’t I be rich with a family that pampers me? Why can't I have multiple outfits, a nice car to drive to school everyday, a big house to myself?  I take a deep breath. Quit feeling bad for yourself… I thought to myself. It could be worse…

At 6:00 I get up and eat breakfast, about 1 cups of cheerios. It’s so limited because there are 15 of us that have to share food. After my breakfast, when it’s 6:19, I go into the bathroom with the girl before me coming out. I take a five minute shower, brush my hair and teeth, and apply deodorant.

We each get 10 minute bathroom periods to have to ourselves in the morning and five minutes at night. The other six (who shower at night) get 10 minute bathroom periods at night and 5 minutes in the morning. We always move quickly because if you come out late, you don’t get a bathroom period the next day. For ten minute bathroom periods we use the downstairs bathroom. For our five minute bathroom periods we use the upstairs one. And we aren't allowed to use Mrs. Chester's bathroom.

The house is a five bedroom, 3 bathroom, two-story house. I guess it would feel really big if there weren't fifteen people living in it. Since there are fourteen kids and Mrs. Chester, there are four kids a room, two only have three.

I go to my room where Brianna, Selena, and Emma (my roommates) are grabbing their stuff. I take a quick glance at myself in the mirror I'm wearing jeans that I roll up to my lower tibia, ratty black vans, and a black adidas sweatshirt. I pull my hair into a high ponytail, grab my black Jansport backpack and head out the door.

The other thirteen head to the right and I head to the left. You may wonder why, well I got kicked out of their school for beating up some snotty girls at school for making fun of me. I never belonged because I had no friends. And in my belief girls only say mean things about you if they're jealous of you because they feel threatened that your better than they are. I was always the first chosen on the sports team and typically got the best grades in the class. So, they would come up  and call me mean names like "outcast" and "bastard" because I didn't have a dad. So, I went and beat the six of them up. I gave them all black eyes and bloody noses.

Later that day, their parents complained about me to the principal. She was upset to lose her most athletic and smartest student in the sixth grade, but they didn't want to get sued. So here I am, walking to Dixon High School rather than to Lake Ridge Elementary and Middle/ High school which combined all of the schools together.
