Zen woke up, and noticed that the room was dark. No sign of his childish friend. He sat up, and felt a blanket over him. He looked around, and saw he was in his room. He ran a hand through his hair, and sighed. There was a piece of paper next to him, and he picked it up.

"I brought you back to bed. Saeyoung told me something that concerned me. We'll talk about it when I come back.
-Jumin"

Zen rolled his eyes, and left the paper on the bed. He stood up, and stretched. He walked to the window, and opened the curtains. It was getting late, which meant Jumin would be coming home soon. Zen had slept through the whole afternoon, but he got rest after having nightmares almost every night.

Zen jumped in surprise when he heard the front door open. Zen cautiously walked out, but he knew it was most likely Jumin. Even if he knew, it was still a bit relief to see him. Jumin looked at him, and Zen wondered why he was looking at him with a look of worry.

Zen felt a bit uncomfortable, but didn't move.

"Something wrong?"

Jumin nodded, and motioned towards the couch. Zen walked behind him, and sat down. Jumin sat next to him right after.

"Yeah," was Jumin's low answer.

"What happened?" Zen was really confused.

Zen knew he talked in his sleep, and he was worried Jumin had heard something. He knew that at night, there was less chance of Jumin hearing anything.

"Did I do something?" Zen asked when Jumin didn't answer.

"Yea-no. Not really," Jumin said. "Just...Zen, do you ever feel like I don't love you?"

"Eh? What kind of question is that?" Zen looked at him with narrowed eyes. "Well...you do love me, right?"

Jumin didn't want to say anything about it, but he noticed the way Zen's voice was shaking when he asked that. He had a pretty good idea why. Zen wasn't as confident as he made others think. He knew that now, and it worried Jumin how well Zen could hide his insecurities.

"Of course. I usually don't display too much affection in public, but for you, Zen," Jumin said, staring into Zen's bright red eyes, "I couldn't care less who saw that affection. Hell, I even announced it in front of everyone at work when I went to my father. That's saying something, Zen. Especially from me."

Zen looked down, trying to get rid of the lump he started to feel in his throat. Jumin watched at Zen started to blink faster, but didn't make a move at all. Zen let out a shaky sigh, then turned to Jumin. Jumin offered a small smile, and Zen's tears finally fell.

"I know. I know very well you love me. I do too. A lot," Zen said through his tears, "and I don't deserve to. You deserve someone better than me. I shouldn't even be where I am."

Jumin scooted over to Zen, and hugged him. Zen bit his lip, and hugged Jumin as well. He then buried his face into Jumin's neck. Jumin rubbed his back.

"You're the best thing that could have ever happen to me, Zen. Don't ever talk like that," Jumin whispered. "I could search the whole world, and never find anyone like you."

Zen backed up, a bit. His face was so close to Jumin's that their noses almost touched. Zen laughed despite the tears falling down his cheeks.

"Cheesy."

Zen leaned down to give Jumin a small kiss. Jumin snaked his arms around Zen's waist, and pulled him down. Zen stared down at Jumin in shock, and saw an unfamiliar glint in Jumin's eyes.

"Yes, it may be but it's true. You deserve everything." Jumin chuckled. "And you earned your spot in your job. No one ever chose you for your looks, only your talent."

Zen grinned, and bent down, putting his hands on either side of Jumin's head.

"You know, I've always felt horrible. I pretend to be someone I'm not. I always talk about how I'm the best when I feel exactly the opposite," Zen mumbled. "Now, I guess I have a reason to feel otherwise. This will take some work, but I think I'll feel better soon. I hope."

Jumin nodded. Zen got off from on top of him, and went to get something to eat. Jumin followed, and while Zen got his food, Jumin held onto Zen, his arms around his waist. They ate while Zen talked about random things. Jumin only listen, and ate silently, only answering when Zen asked something.

After that, they went to bed and Zen wrapped himself completely in the blankets. He grinned as he felt warm with them.

"This is so warm, and they're soft." Zen laughed as he moved.

"Alright, Zen. You're not a kid, stop that. I think we need sleep," Jumin grumbled from the spot next to him.

"You have to love this guy wrapped in blankets. I look and feel like a burrito," Zen told him with a smirk, and snuggled in the blankets. "Besides, I have a problem. I can't get out."

Jumin turned in his bed, and grabbed the end of it. He pulled it, and Zen fell to the floor with a yelp. Jumin peered down, and saw Zen rubbing his back. He glared at Jumin, who had a smirk on his face.

"I helped." Jumin stretched his hand out, and Zen took it cautiously. "Come on. Let's sleep. I have a day off."

"More like you're skipping work," Zen mumbled. "But okay. As long as your furball doesn't make me sneeze."

"Oh, you'll be fine."

Zen crawled back to bed, and Jumin placed his arm over Zen's waist. Zen fell asleep quickly. He hadn't slept well, and now it was all catching up. Jumin closed his eyes as well, and whispered something.

"I love you."

A/N: Um...I was thinking of ending it here, but I think I'll add at least one more chapter. I don't know how good this is, but I honestly don't want anyone to feel like I'm writing Zen's insecurity/low self esteem badly. (Which I probably am because I suck at writing.) Even if I may have low self esteem as well, I can't seem to write it well. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my crappy writing.
