9:46 P.M Wednesday, Virginia.

Corbyn's POV:

Lucas gave me Samantha's number. Should I text her now? I mean I should because she has to know that that's my number.

Corbyn: Hey it's me. Corbyn.

Samantha: Oh hey Corbyn. How did you get my number?

Corbyn: Lucas gave it to me.

Samantha: And why did you need it? 😏

Corbyn: Maybe you want to grab some coffee after school with me?

Samantha: Sure. That sounds great!

Corbyn: Mkay then. Goodnight.

Samantha: Night 💓.

Ew.

8:46 A.M Thursday, Virginia.

Gabbie's POV:

I like Jonah. I mean he's just a friend. I don't like him THAT way, ya know? I'm comfortable around him. He's super nice. After our first lesson I introduced him to my friends.

"It's so nice to meet you Jonah." Kathy said. "Oh yeah me too!" Julie added. "He's hot." Kathy whispered to me. I playfully punched her arm. "So see you later?" "Yeah, cya." I told him. "WOOOW. He's like super hot." Julie said. "Omg guys he's only my friend. I don't like him like ya know." I said why being SUUPER uncomfortable. "So you like Corbyn more?" Kathy asked. Hm. Do I? I mean he's with Samantha soo I guess no? "Um no. Ok nvm I don't want to talk to you guys, bye."

*TIME SKIP*

While I was walking home I really thought
about it. What Kathy said. I mean I don't know what having a crush feels. I've never liked a boy. But Corbyn is different. He's unique if that makes sense. I just need to get used to him. I'm shy around strangers. Corbyn is not a stranger but I mean idk. My feelings are messed up. Should I just go to his place and tell him what I feel? Nah. Too cheesy.

I went to my room and I quickly fell asleep.

Corbyn's POV:

I couldn't stop thinking about her. I don't know why. I've never felt this feeling. But she's so difficult oh god.

"Hey Corbyn." It's Samantha. Crap. I forgot that we're going to grab some coffee. Why did I invite her? OH YEAH CUZ I'M DUMB. "Hey!" Again I quickly rejected her hug. I mean I don't like her just ew. "So are we going to grab some coffee?" "Yeah."

We went to this cafe in our town. It's the most popular one. I don't like being here. It's just the atmosphere. Kinda weird ya know?

"So tell me about your self." "I like to sing. Oh and I like space." "Oh me too. I like horses as well." Wow interesting. Lmao I'm just kidding I don't care. There was a lot of people in this cafe. I think I see Lucas and the others. By others I mean Jacob and Logan. "I'm gonna go now, bye." I quickly ran outside. I think I was having a panic attack. Thank god I left her there. She's annoying anyways.

I went to my room and I went through my social media. Oh my. My previous cover just got 1K likes. Yikes. I'm actually pretty proud. I'm going to text Gabbie.

Corbs 🌽: Hey, whatcha doin'?

Gabs 🌻: Um I'm just doing my homework. Wbu?

Corbs 🌽: Nothing. Maybe u wanna go for a walk?

Gabs 🌻: Idk I have lots of work.

Corbs 🌽: cmon it's going to be fun. Anddd when we get back I'll help you with your homework.

Gabs 🌻: fine.

Gabbie's POV:

I woke up from Corbyn's text. We're going to go for a walk. I mean I should tell him how I fell but I think I'm too scared for that. It's just a little crush no big deal. Right?

Third person's POV:

Gabbie was changing while Corbyn was thinking of something. Or should I say someone. He wanted to confess his fellings to Gabbie but he was scared. He was scared because he thinks that Gabbie doesn't fell the same way. Little does he know that she can't stop thinking about him. It looks like they were made for each other. But they are too scared. Too scared of each other. I mean that shit drives me crazy. Like cmon go grab your girl Corbs. But maybe it's too soon? Or maybe it's too late. Corbyn also thinks that Jonah has her heart. He doesn't know that Gabbie doesn't fell anything for Jonah.

Two almost the same souls were walking towards each other. They both were sweating as hell. Of course they were nervous. But why? It's just a walk right?

Gabbie's POV:

It's just a walk Gabbie. No big deal. It's hot out here. Maybe because Corbyn walked out of his house. Whooops. Or maybe it's just the weather. Yeah. Weather.

Corbyn's POV:

She's pretty. I've never liked someone like this. I mean I had several crushes but they were um just crushes. Gabbie is something more. I'm so nervous right now I don't know why. Should I just go for it? Or maybe I'll tell her later.

"Hey." I said. "Um hi." I could tell that she was nervous as well. "Where are we going?" She asked me. "Does playground sounds good?" "Yes. Yes it does."

The walk was super awkward. I mean we barely talked. Maybe we can connect without talking? Idk if that makes any sense. By the way I'm still pretty jealous of Jonah. Oh god maybe she likes him. SHIIT. Hopefully not.

Gabbie's POV:

Ok this was the most awkward walk of all time. He was thinking about something. Ugh I think I know what it is. Samantha. That stupid bitch. She like every single guy. And of course she chose Corbyn as well. FUCK THAT STUPID ASS B-. Ok stop. No need to yell in your head. You'll have a headache.

We stopped for a while and we sat on swings. Corbyn was about to say something but I quickly interrupted him by throwing sand at him.

"Oh no you didn't." He said. "I guess I did." "That means sand war." I quickly hid behind this slide but he found me and threw sand at me. I mean it's my fault cuz I started it. We were playing like total kids. I mean I don't care I'm still a kid.

We both were super dirty. Gosh how I'll get that sand out of my hair. "Look what you did to me. There's is sand in my hair!" I said. "Well you were the one who started." "Yeah that's fair." I laughed.

Corbyn's POV:

Oh god I love her laugh. I'll never get bored of her freaking smile and laugh. God. "Do you wanna go for a swim?" I asked. "Um but it's cold." "Cmon." I begged her with my puppy eyes. "UGH FINe." She said.

We quickly went to the nearest lake. I mean we were pretty dirty so I wouldn't mind for a little swim.

We went in the water. It was prettty freaking cold. Gabbie splashed me all over. I mean I did the same cuz yeah.

Third person's POV:

They were acting like total children. Playing with dirt, splashing with water. But we all gotta admit, they look adorable together. Corbyn wanted to tell her how he fells but she interrupted him. She thought that he'll talk about Samantha or something. Gabbie knew that they were pretty close so she thought that they are dating. She hated the thought of that. But Corbyn thinks the same. He thinks that she'll talk about Jonah. Ugh you two are making me sick. Just confess already.

Gabbie collapsed in the water and she fell. She knows how to swim but Corbyn picked her up. She hugged him. Her hands running threw his bleached blonde hair. Corbyn grabbed her waist and picked her up. They laced their fingers together. Gabbie felt kinda uncomfortable because she wasn't used to that feeling. But then their lips finally melt together. It wasn't long until Gabbie broke the kiss and ran. Faster than lightning.
