Zaira's POV
I closed the door to my apartment an looked over at the clock
7:30 pm
Ugh. I hung my bag up and headed for my room after I closed the door. I took off my shirt and pants replaced them with a top and a pair of shorts. I put my hair into a messy bun and sat on my bed, starting to read my papers.
TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN
To be Mr. Cyrus Mason's PA, you MUST abide by these rules, if these are not followed or fulfilled consequences may be:
1. Will be terminated from the position of PA.
2. Amount of pay may be lessened.
3. Will have to work more hours.
RULES
1. PA must go to every meeting, and when going to the meetings you must have a notepad and pen or pencil (but preferably pencil)
2. Schedule all the meetings
3. PA must understand that you will be traveling with Mr. Mason when or if he needs you
4. Make sure all of your paperwork is done before the end of your shift (if you need more time talk to Mr. Mason and work out a plan)
5. Make sure your phone is never on silent you will never know when you are needed (he won't call in the middle of the night only if an emergency)
6. Please do not call Mr. Mason after 11 or before 6
7. If you're going out of the building for your break make sure you tell Mr. Mason where you are going
8. You may not call Mr. Mason Cyrus it will be sir or obviously Mr. Mason
9. Whatever Mr. Mason asks you to do you shall do so
DRESS CODE
- work appropriate shirt
* no shirts with cartoons or words on them
* no crop tops
- skirt or pencil skirt
* no higher then mid thigh
- flats or heels
* heels must not be any higher then 3-4 inches
- minimum to no make up
- hair must be in a neat high ponytail or French braids
Please talk to Mr. Mason if you feel the need to change these rules
