Finally they had arrived at the campsite after many eye rolls and backhand slaps. Both twins cooed mentally at the sleeping girl in the backseat. Her eyebrows we’re furrowed together as her little noises reached their ears.

“Seriously why haven’t you made a move?” Rae scoffs and gets out the car. He starts to unload the tents, chairs, fire wood. Meanwhile lei is kept in a trance, deciding if he should wake up his delicate best friend.

Finally he decides to wake her up. Lei crawls into the back of the car and rubs her hair gently. What he learned from being her best friend for years was that she woke up from people playing with her hair or rubbing her back. Slowly her eyes opened and her lips curled up into a warm smile.

“Already here? Wow I took a fat nap.” She laughs causing his heart to flutter. Stop it lei Nancy is your best friend. Nothing more.

“Hey guys I need help over here.” Rae called out from behind the car. Lei rolled his eyes and Nancy followed behind him.

“Good morning sweetheart how’d you sleep?” Rae smiles and sets down another chair.

“Ah i slept good thank you. I hope you guys had some good bonding time yes?” She asks hoping they’d hug or something brotherly.

Sadly they didn’t but both of them nodded making a face. Nancy knew that face too well. If anything they had probably argued.

“Who’s tent will you be sleeping in Nancy?” Lei asked after they had everything set up.

“You’re welcome to sleep in mine if you’d like.” Rae strolls up behind her and hands her Albert.

She takes Albert and looks at both of them confused.

“I brought my own tent silly boys. I didn’t want to bother either of you.” She puts out her tent bag and looks at them. “Please help me set it up?”

Rae immediately rushes to help her beating lei to the punch. For the next 10 minutes lei was witness to how Rae flirts with girls. He was a gentleman yes but he lacked something Nancy sometimes needed. Space.

“Hey nancy would you like to go for a walk while Rae helps set up the rest of the tent?” Lei offers, noticing Nancy was starting to get annoyed.

“Yes please thank you I need some photos for memories.” She smiles and gets up, taking leis hand in her tiny one.

Lei turns back and cockily smiles at Rae.
