Let me explain it from the beginning.
Hannah and Twan went for breakfast and ordered coffees. After drinking them , Hannah started feeling nauseous and after a while passed out.
Twan called immediately an ambulance and as he was waiting he heard a woman's voice saying out loud : Mission accomplished, yeahh
She turned her head to Twan and he saw her and realised it was London!!!!! She saw him at the same time and ran away.
At the hospital:
Hannah: Where am I? What happened?
Twan: Calm down babe! You are at the hospital bc you passed out but now you are more than okay
Hannah: Why did I pass out?
Twan: London poisoned you with a pill in your coffee
Hannah: Screw her . I am so sick and tired of her.
Twan: Yeah ik babe she is the devil himself
After 1 hour Hannah and Twan returned to their suite. Suddenly Hannah went to the living room and yelled:
Hannah: OH MY GOD TWAN
Twan : errmm?! Wth?
