Spider-Man's family

Chapter 1

"PETER." a voice shouted. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw Tony's hair it was bright pink.
"it wasnt me." I said between laughter.
"But it's has to be you." Tony said. But then Clint walked in with natasha and Steve who all stopped and burst out laughing. "CLINT." and then Clint turned and ran of with Tony chasing him.
"how are you peter?" Steve asked.
"as good as I can be." I told him. 2 months ago my aunt may died in a hit and run. I was with Tony at the time and when I got told to get to the hospital. When me, Tony and happy got there she was just alive and telling me to stay safe while being spiderman. She then asked Tony to look after me. He then said that he filled out the paperwork like she asked so they could have joint custody. Which I was shocked at but may was happy that I will have someone. With that she took her last breath and died. I burst out crying hugging tony who was also crying. Happy came over to us and hugged both if us. When the police came to ask questions and asked who I will be staying with Tony they agreed. When we got back happy took me to my room while Tony told the others about what happened. Happy stayed with me. I cried myself to sleep. When i woke up tony was with me and so was happy. That was two months ago. The team are happy that I live with them they say that I keep them on there toes. But the big thing is no one knows I'm spiderman apart from tony and happy. I sat at the table still laughing at Tony's hair when a plate of food is put in front of me. I turned and smiled at natasha
"Thank you."
"you are welcome." she said giving me a soft smile.
"why does he get his breakfast made." Clint asked sounding fake mad.
"Because he is kind and sweet." natasha told him. "And he says thanks." making us all laugh again. It has been a while since we all have laughed. With what happen with thanos and dieing. I still get nightmares about it. I felt the pain of dieing. I could tell it was happening before it happened. My body was trying to heal it self while it was happening. I called Tony dad before the darkness happened. When I woke up I was still in my suit but on wakanda. When Tony saw me he hugged me and cried. I got out of my suit wearing my normal clothes and we went and meet up with everyone. Tony introduced me as his son and they all accepted me. I made friends with loki, groot and shuri. Doctor strange's cloak always is near me. When we turned up at the Palace he floated to me and wrapped around me like it was protecting me from any harm.

Any way we all are sat in the tower that Tony still owns and everyone either lives here or just comes and visits. Just as we all are sat around eating the phone went off. Tony pulled it up on the tv.
"yes Fury." Tony said not looking to happy.
"I need you all to come in."
"do we have to." Scott whined.
"yes. I need all the avengers on this." Fury said but then the screen went black.
"well there goes our fun day." hope said.
"Laura, hank can you have the kids." Clint asked.
"of course." Laura said while hank rolled his eyes.
"can I go to ned's." I asked.
"yes of course. Just stay safe." Tony said.
"OK dad." I then ran and got my suit and bag. I left the house and went to the ally and got my spider suit on. I jumped on to a building just as buck and Sam got there.
"Fury wants everyone at shield." bucky said.
"OK." so I followed them there. You might be wondering why they don't now its my voice after the fight at the airport tony put a voice changer in my suit so no one will be able to tell its me. When we got to shield everyone was sat around the table so I went and sat next to Tony and Steve.
"now that everyone is here we can get started." Fury said. I looked around the room and saw phil Coulson and maria Hill. Phil told everyone that he was alive after the war with thanos. "we have got news about some convicts that escaped prison that needs to be cought and put behind bars before they do more damage." we started with the first guy and then continued. After seeing the photo we get all the information on who they are and what they have done. That's when I saw a photo of someone I hoped and prayed I will never see again. As soon as I saw his face I stood up and started backing away. Everyone stopped and looked at me in concern.
"I n... Need some air." I choked out before running to the roof. I heard others behind me but I didn't care. I needed to leave.
