i woke up to the sound of buzzing. i groaned and muffled the sound with a pillow. the buzzing sound wasn't a bee, or any bug for that matter, but notifications popping up on my phone. it was so loud i couldn't go back to sleep. i didn't even want to bring myself to put my phone on do not disturb. i rubbed my eyes and yawned. i reached for my phone and opened it to see who was awake so early and texting me. the light was so bright i flinched for a second, fully adjusting the bright light before my eyes. i unlocked my phone and saw the millions of texts on instagram from daniel. i rolled my eyes and read them all.

i chuckled as i shut my phone off and pulled the covers off of my small figure. i rubbed my eyes as i slowly walked to my dresser. i picked a pretty simple outfit, high waisted velvet black sweatpants and white slip on vans. i wore my bikini bra as a top, and under the sweatpants was my bikini bottom. i put the nicely folded clothes on the toilet seat and stripped out of my pyjamas. i turned the water on for the shower and went in, the warm water and shampoo hitting my back.

i climbed out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my bare, wet body. i wrapped my hair in a towel, as i dried myself and put on the clothes that were sitting nicely on the toilet seat. i applied natural makeup, but made sure to be extra on the eyebrows and eyelashes. this meaning i wore fake lashes and filled in my eyebrows to look like instagram brows. i paired my outfit with a lot of necklaces, a ring and a hair tie on my wrist because you never know when the back of your neck gets way too sweaty because of your hair. since i had woken up at at least 11:30, by the time i took to get ready, it was almost already 2. i was just about to grab my phone to text daniel when the doorbell rang. i grabbed my phone and my bag full of my essentials and walked to the door. i opened it and saw daniel seavey wearing ripped jeans, a white t-shirt, a green jacket, and white slip on vans.
"not bad, seavey," i said, nudging his shoulder a bit.
he chuckled, "you're not bad yourself," there was a bit of an awkward pause when he spoke up to break the awkwardness. "dude, it's so good to see you! it's liking going home to see my family after touring with the guys!" he said, giving me a big warm hug. i groaned.
"no daniel no!" i said, my voice muffled since daniel was taller than me and my face only met his chest. "you're ruining my makeup!" i said and he chuckled.
"aren't we going swimming though?" he questioned as he cocked an eyebrow at me.
i smirked, "no, we're going to the beach, and i'm not fully going in," i said in a duh tone. he scoffed and put his arm around me, almost even strangling me.
"let's just go," he said, messing up my hair like he would do to his little sister. we got into his car and started driving.

we went to i think was his house, it didn't really look like someone lived in it, climbed to the roof and i took many pictures for daniel to pick for instagram. let me tell you, this guy is probably one of the most difficult person when it comes to instagram pictures. after what i thought were at least 100 pictures, we finally decided to go eat dinner at some decent restaurant. after, we got ice cream and walked around the beach. i rolled up my pants so they wouldn't get caught in the sand. i took off my shoes to let my feet feel the sand in between my toes. daniel and i walked around in the water for a bit, splashing each other, and daniel got my parts of my velvet pants wet. i got mad that i splashed water on his white shirt, which i could see through it and see his abs. before it got too late, we went to the car and i thanked them for the eventful day. daniel was a fun person to be around, he was like a brother to me.
