As we're riding, I hold onto the man tightly. My breathing is shaky, and I feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing the man felt my signals, because what he said next caught me off guard.

"Hold on Darlin' ", the man says. With that he accelerates. The bike's front wheel lifts up, and I hold on tightly to the man. My heart is jumping out of my chest at this point.

We pull up to a building and the man parks his bike. I'm then thrown into a fit of laughter.

The man looks over his shoulder and asks, "What?"

I get off the bike, and playfully slap his shoulder.

"You're such an asshole", I smile and laugh.

"That was so fun though", I add.

The man gets off his bike, and holds his gloves. He then flashes a panty dropping smile. Now that the light is shining on his face I can see his blonde locks and blue eyes. Damn he's hot! This is what I've been riding with?

"So I'm the fun asshole?", he asks.

"I guess so", I smile back.

He smiles and then walks away. I follow him, assuming that is what I am supposed to do. We walk in the door into a bar, and instantly the smell of cigarettes and liquor hits me. That with a hint of leather.

Gemma rushes up to me, and slings her arm around me.

"I knew you'd come back", Gemma states. I laugh at that remark.

"Jax take her to your room", Gemma demands the blonde man to do.

So his name is Jax? It suites him.

"Oh no, I don't want to impose", I disagree with Gemma's comment.

"You won't", Jax adds.

With that I follow Jax to his room.

"Thank you", I state.

"It's no problem Darlin' ", Jax responds.

"Hey, um, do you mind if I take a shower?", I ask.

"Go ahead", Jax smiles.

Jax starts to walk away, but turns back around.

"Do you need some clothes?", Jax asks.

"If it's not too much", I reply.

"Nah", Jax says and walks in the room.

He digs through the dresser drawers, and gives me a shirt of his.

I blush.

"Thank you", I gratefully reply.

"It's no problem Darlin' ", Jax responds.

With that Jax walks away, and I close the door. I'm so grateful to be able to shower. I haven't done since I've been with the truck driver.

I shower and then get ready for bed. I lay there and begin to drift off to sleep. I have so many problems to worry about tomorrow, but right now I just want to lay here and let my problems drift away.

Jax' P.O.V-

It was late in the night, and I had already went to bed. I was peacefully asleep, when I heard a blood curling scream.

I jolt awake from shock, and my instincts kick in. I rush to where the sound is coming from. It's coming from my room? The door is locked, but I kick it open. All I could think about is if anyone was hurt.

I look at Nichole laying in my bed. She's screaming and having convultions. I pick her up, and hold her in my arms. Suddenly, she wakes up with tears streaming down her cheeks. I take my thumb, and wipe the tears away.

She looks up at me, "I'm so sorry", she whimpers.

"No, don't apologize", I reply.

I can only wonder why this girl is petrified. She's so pale, and her eyes are bloodshot. Definitely not the girl I met earlier.

"What's wrong? Why were you screaming?", I ask. I don't want to intrude, but it seems serious.

"It's nothing", she shrugs off my question coldly.

"Well it damn sure doesn't seem like nothing", I respond accidently raising by voice. Thus causing her to jump.

"I'm sorry Nichole. I'm just concerned", I add.

"It's fine", she states.

I get up to leave, but she holds onto my arm tightly. Man, she really is petrified.

"Please", she wimpers barely enough for me to hear.

"Ok, ok", I say.

I lay down on the bed, and a prop her up on me to where her head is on my chest and my arm is around her waist. While the other is holding her hand in mine on my chest.

We sit there for the rest of the night. Not speaking at all. Just the silence and darkness of the night surrounding us.

Not too long afterwards, she falls asleep. I ponder the thought of what she was so afraid of. Why was she so distant when I asked her what was wrong? What was she hiding? Most importantly, what made her scared to death and lose sleep?

I soon begin to drift off to sleep. And with that we're enclosed in comfort.
