Donald Clark Osmond was born December 9th 1957 in Ogden Utah. He was the seventh child to be born out of all nine! And was also known as the Teen heart throb of his generation, along with Michael Jackson and David Cassidy.
Donny Osmond was a normal kid at first just like me and you until his brothers were spotted by Andy Williams father while preforming in Disney Land, as a barbershop quartet. The Osmond Brothers were preforming to make money and help provide for both their brothers Virl and Tom Osmond, who were both def.The money would be used to buy both boys hearing aids. Before, the boys were invited to audition for Lawrence Welk, but sadly they were unable to meet him and that's where the boys went to Disney land and the rest I'm sure you understand.Later Donny made a special appearance on the Andy Williams Show in 1963. And little Donny Osmond was only five years old singing "You are my sunshine" shocking all who sat in the crowd. Many years after that the brothers continued to sing together on the Andy Williams Show and as they got older they left the show, and through constant recording and touring, they sold over 80 million records with "One Bad Apple" becoming They're number one record in America, which was also originally suppose to be given to the Jackson 5, But instead was given to the Osmond brothers and, then BAM! They had became global! Making them the most successful of the early seventies! Girls from all around the world knew their name.
