Chapter 3: Nightmare Friends

(In the Bruce mansion)

~Alfred POV~

I was cleaning up the mess after Alice left with her new friend. I sat down on the couch and started watching the news. I made some popcorn as a watch the news.

News: "There was a person messing with the cops and she spray them a laugh gas and they all started laughing, as for Batman he never show up to help the cops and now for-"

I turn off the TV I went down to the bat cave and wait for master Bruce to come here. I saw the bat car stop, and Batman came out of the car he went and grab Paola, I was shock seeing her like that. Then an alien ship came in the bat cave. Robin and his friends came out of the alien ship.

Batman walk towards me, I look down at Paola. Then Batman place her down in the bench I went to see what was the matter of her. Batman went to his chair and sat down in a sad way. I went to him I put my hand on his shoulder. Robin went to Batman, Kid Flash look around the place, Aqualad look at Paola, Superboy cross his arm and look around the place and M'gann look at me.

Batman: "I should have done something"

M'gann walk to Batman she felt terrible for him. She even look down sad.

M'gann: "It wasn't your fault, Alice was just doing what she was doing for the best"

Robin: "Did you just call Paola, Alice?"

M'gann put her hands on her mouth, I actually understand now. Robin walk close to her, she took steps back, Batman look at her.

M'gann: "I sorta met her after school when she was heading home"

Alfred: "Anyways it's not your fault master Bruce, she was just doing her thing"

???: "Things are something like you don't know"

We all look up it was Catwoman. She somehow got into the bat cave she was smiling at us, then she jump down and she landed on her feet. She walk towards Paola. Batman got up to his feet ready to fight her.

Robin: "Get away from her!!!"

Catwoman look at Robin then she shook her finger like a clock. Then she look back at Paola, she look at her from top to bottom.

Catwoman: "You poor little batty this wolf girl unconscious and you don't even know how long she is going like this it could take days, weeks....."

Robin: "STOP IT!!!!!"

Catwoman: "Months or years for her to wake up again"

Batman: "THAT'S ENOUGH CATWOMAN NO MORE!!!!!!"

Robin scream in pain, M'gann try to place her hand on Robin's shoulder, but then he push and he ran upstairs to the mantion.

Robin: "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

M'gann: "ROBIN WAIT!!!! ROBIN!!!!"

Aqualad: "I'll go and talk to him"

Aqualad walk upstairs to talk some sense to Robin. Batman got up to his feet and he walk to Catwoman then he grab her arm. I didn't like the looks of it, Batman was angry with her.

Batman: "We need to talk! On the roof! NOW!!"

Batman had to drag her all the way to rooftop I look at Superboy, Kid Flash and M'gann. Then I pointed to Paola and I started walking towards her, I had to check if she is alright.

Alfred: "I'll be checking how are patient is doing, in the mean time make yourself comfortable in here"

I watch as Superboy walk as he look around the place, but then Ace growl at Superboy, Kid Flash and M'gann then he started barking at them. I ran in front of the children, I spread my arms to the side looking at Ace.
