Reese and Katelyn

Our beach day

-Reese pov-
After that night we were all invited to the beach for a day out. Everyone was going to be there....including Laurence and Katelyn. We took 2 cars. One with Aph, Aaron, Katelyn, me, and Garroth. The other with Lucinda, Travis, Laurence, and Kawaii ~chan. We arrived at a fairly empty beach. The whole car was lively along the way. When we got out of the car and set our stuff down, all I could was admire Katelyn's bathing suit. I was staring at the way it complimented her eyes. She looked at me a tad embarrassed and I quickly looked away. But god was she beautiful. It was lunch time and we all sat on a nicely set blanket. I was again staring. But this time, she stared back. This lasted for about two minutes before Aph said we should get in the water. We splashed around for hours. Me and Katelyn glancing at each other every once in awhile. It was now getting dark and the sun was setting.
"Katelyn!"
"Yes?"
"Can I speak to you for a moment? Walk with me?"
"Uh, sure."
We walked along the beach until the others were out of view.
-Katelyn pov-
I was a bit surprised when Reese asked to talk. We walked along the beach for awhile not saying a word. The sky was a orange yellowish color due to the sun setting. Reese suddenly stopped and turned to me. I looked back and nobody else was in view. She stared at me more and finally, she said
" Katelyn, I want to tell you something important." She said this a bit stern.
I responded
"Go ahead. Im here to listen."
"Katelyn, I reeeeally like you. A lot. I have ever since I saw you at the park."
"You saw me?"
"Yes. And that was an amazing day. I won't regret this, even if you hate me." She said that and I got scared. Then I felt one hand grab my wrist and the other my cheek. Then I felt something I hadn't felt before. I had butterflies in my stomach. Reese's lips, on mine.
-Reese pov-
I finally worked up the courage to do this. I told her how I felt and pulled her in for a kiss. She didn't fight back, or struggle. Matter of fact, she kissed back just as passionately. We broke the kiss for air. I looked to the side not wanting to face her. But she grabbed my cheeks and said to me
"I like you too Reese. More than you know."
We were blushing like crazy.
"We should head back."
"Yeah."
We got back and everyone was freaking out.
Aph-"Where were you guys!"
Travis- "we were looking for you!"
Katelyn-"sorry guys, we were just taking a a stroll."
