Same character from the last chapter. I won't spoil much of my story but let's just say that Kwan's friends leave him for a while in a shack because he is going to turn into a crank. This is his choice as he doesn't want to hurt them or turn on them but the story is sad because instead of surviving only one more day, he ends up surviving another 2 weeks on his own in the shack, slowly turning more insane.

People say the song 'Flares' by the script reminds them of Newt but for me it reminds me of Kwan's death as from the shack, through the little window, he can see a fight between lots of non-immune people and members of W.C.K.D. They throw flares and the only thing that lights the area is the red glow of flares. - Jay
