Y/N Pov

Y/N: The moment of truth, initiation. Now I just need to figure where the fuck my locker is. "Ah here it is." I say to myself as I open my locker, it was exactly across from Ruby and her sister who were behind me now. But from where I was along with my enhanced hearing I heard a conversation between the Schnee and some other redheaded chick who I think I remember seeing on a cereal box last time I was in Vale, didn't know being a huntsman could come with advertisement.

Schnee: "So, Pyrrha, have you given any thought to whose team you'd like to be on? I'm sure everyone must be eager to unite with such a strong, well-known individual such as yourself!" Wait we get teams? That could make some things more difficult, hopefully whoever's on mine is easy to trick.

Pyrrha: "Hmm... I'm not quite sure. I was planning on letting the chips fall where they may." She does not seem like she wants to be around the Schnee.... though that's most people who've heard her speak.

Weiss: "Well... I was thinking maybe we could be on a team together."

Pyrrha: "Well, that sounds grand!" She doesn't sound genuine at all, and given the fact the Schnee wants her, maybe she's famous but doesn't like the fame, I can work with that.

Weiss: "Great!" I'm just gonna ignore her 'evil' plotting and go talk to Pyrrha. I walked over to where they were and tapped Pyrrha on her shoulder, getting her attention. She turned towards me with mostly forced expression.

Pyrrha: "Yes? Can I help you?"

Y/N: "Maybe, I couldn't help but over hear your conversation on teams. How much have you heard of it? Sorry if I'm bothering you I just want to know how much I should fear the teams." I asked with a mix of obliviousness and humor. She made a small giggle as she answered.

Pyrrha: "No it's fine, no problem at all. I don't know too much, just what my parents have told me as they went to Haven Academy."

Y/N: "That's the academy from.... Mistral... right?"

Pyrrha: "Yes, now back to teams. All I know is they are comprised of four people, and usually the first letter of the team name is the leaders initial, from either their first or last name, and the team name itself is based on a color, like most names nowadays." She said as I nodded.

Y/N: "Makes sense, okay thanks. I'm Y/N by the way." I said and raised my hand to shake hers, which she did with the upmost politeness. "You gonna say your name back or....?" I asked with a confused smile. Her eyes go wide as the Schnee behind her-who was apparently listening the entire time-spoke first.

Weiss: "How could you not know who she is!?" She yelled as she took a step from behind her and towards me. I shrugged with a confused expression.

Y/N: "I don't know should I?" I asked with a very confused smile.

Weiss: "She's Pyrrha Nikos, she graduated top of her class at Sanctum!"

Y/N: "That's one of the lower school of one of the kingdoms right?"

Weiss: "She's won the Mistral Region Tournaments four years in a row! A new record!"

Y/N: "Sounds impressive, still not drawing any memories to recognizing her."

Weiss: "Doesn't matter, but after hearing all that do you really think you have any right to talk to her?" She said with a condescending tone but I just gave a blank look and tilted my head.

Y/N: "The fuck does any of that have to do with talking to her? Yeah she's popular I guess and has the impressive skills and record to show why but this is a place to train people to fight the Grimm, why would celebrity status effect that? It's clear Pyrrha doesn't like to be thrown on a pedestal like that as it would probably make getting friends very difficult."
