"Stay away from her, she did nothing to you!" I yelled as my stepdad fell onto the floor knocking over the nightstand in the process, so it made a loud crashing sound. I turned to look towards the savannah and saw her curled up in a ball on the floor.
"Savannah listen to me. You have to get out of the house and go to Livs and knock on her door and tell them what happened. can you do that for me?" she nodded her head and quickly got up wiping the tears off her face.
As soon as I heard the front door close and I knew Savannah was gone I turned back towards my stepdad and saw him slowly getting up from the ground. I had to get out of the house.
I quickly ran to my room and locked the door behind me. I packed a bag with a few pairs of clothes, my phone, my phone charger, headphones, computer, and my computer charger and I also grabbed my schoolbag making sure I had everything for school and my money.
my stepdad started yelling at me and banging on the door trying to get in so I had to climb out the window. I used the tree outside my window to slowly make my way down. once I was on the ground I quickly ran down the street to Livs house.
I knocked on the door and waited, looking around anxiously everytime a heard a bush shake or people talking down the street.
I heard loud footsteps from inside the house sounding like they we're running towards the door and then the door swung open and I was immediately pulled into a hug.
After pulling away I realized it was Liv who hugged me.
"Omg are you okay?" She asked frantically looking me over for anything.
"Umm...yeah I'm fine I guess" I replied trying not to worry her more than she already was. "Where's sav?" I asked changing the subject.
"Upstairs In Jason's room forcing him to play dolls with his collectible action figures." She said letting off a small laugh, I joined in soon after.
Jason is Livs younger brother he's only 2 years younger making him 15. He really likes collecting action figures because he knows they will be worth a lot of money someday.
After laughing about silly things for a few minutes we finally calmed down and I walked upstairs to find Savannah.
