Chapter 1...Mall Time And Changes

Demi's POV

SUMMER! It was finally summer in sunny Los Angeles. Oh, sorry, I don't really get to meet new people. My name is Demi Lovato. I have 1 sister, Dallas. She is becoming a senior in the fall and talks about it NONSTOP! I also have 2 brothers, Keaton and Ashton. They both are great singers!  They actually are in Brazil for school. They are coming back in July. They are becoming Juniors next year. There twins if you haven't noticed already. My parents are missionaries and are in Africa right now so we just have are aunt peak in on us every day. 

Back to right now...

I was walking out of Kingman High School with my best friend Ally Brooke and Ariana. We are heading to go see a movie and get some Starbucks. Yes, I'm big white girl, I know. We got into Ally's convertible and put it down and sang to Whip My Hair By Willow Smith. Well, linging. Laughing and singing.

We got to the mall 5 minutes ago and am now in line for the Starbucks in the mall. I stepped up to order when this girl ran right in to me and pushed me over. And worst of all, I fell.

"Oh my I'm so sorry. Demi?" OH MY GOD. its Selena. Selena was my old BFF until she joined the REALLY popular kids.

"Oh. Hi Selena. Its fine." I smiled and waved it off. 

"No its not. I''ll buy your coffee." She smiled and I smiled. If this wasn't another popular doush at my school, they would most likely poison it. But this is Selena. Who was ASKED to be a part of it. She and I have always wanted to be but then she went with them.

"Strawberry Latte with extra Whipped Cream, Large please." The girl working there nodded and started making it.

"So have have you been?" She asked waking me up from my mind blown fact that she still knows my Starbucks order.

"Good. How did you know my order?" I slightly laughed

"I just remembered." She shrugged. The girl working there gave Selena my order and she handed it to me. 

"Have a good summer DemDem. Hopefully I see you again." She hugged me and walked away. I then walked over to Ally and Ariana with worried expressions on there face.

"Dem, where the hell were you?!" Ariana asked. I laughed.

"Just saw a old friend. Lets hit the movies!" We all got up with are Starbucks and went to the theater.

We got in to the theater and it was PACKED with people from are school. We then heard a hottie whistle.

"ARI!! LOOKIN HOT TONIGHT!!" She rolled her eyes.

"SUCK MY ASS!" She yelled. Ally and I laughed. But the only 2 seats left were by a bitch and my crush, HER boyfriend. Zayn Malik. Even his name is HOTT. Those eyes, and black hair, god I could melt. I played it off and sat next to the queen bitch.

"Ha. Demi Lovato. There should be laws about people like YOU sitting with people like ME" 

"Hey, Haley." Ally whispers. Haley disgustingly looked liker her,

"Is there any laws about to much makeup? Because you should have already had the death sentence. But I'll just take the death sentence." She makes a high pitched noise.

"Its ok, babe. Don't listen to those PEOPLE." Zayn says, and kissed her on the cheek. That kills me inside that I can't even explain.

"Psss. Demi." Haley whispers to me. What the hell. I decided to lean it

"I LOVED riding Keaton. Most fun I've ever had." THATS IT! She disrespects my family, IM DONE! I grabbed my coffee and poured it on her.

"BITCH!!!" I yelled. People were cheering. "DEMI! DEMI! DEMI!" I smirked and she ran out with Zayn running after her

The movie started and I was silently crying. Wishing I had Zayn In MY arms not that BITCH. What did he even see in her?

The movie finished and I checked the time.

7:32

God this had been a long day. But Its summer! And whats better then starting a summer then Starbucks in bitches hair. I can't think off one.

"LETS ALL DYE ARE HAIR!" We were in the car and they looked at me like I was crazy. Ariana's hair was naturally red (I Know its Not) but she put red hair dye in it to look more red. And Ally's was brown. They looked at me like I was crazy.

"C'mon guys! Its SUMMER! We should do a little bit of change!" They then smiled and agreed. And we pulled in to a hair place and walked in.

"Hello girls! How are you!" A lady with crazy hair came to greet us. 

"Good." We all responded. She smiled.

"So what did you come for?"  She asked.

"We want to dye are hair" Ariana said.

"Very nice! You are all beautiful girls! Lets get started. Sit in any seat you want!"  We all picked seats right next to each other.

Soon the lady came over and asked us what color.

"You, cupcake, what would you like?" I could tell she was asking Ariana. Ally and I secretly laughed because of the nickname. 

"Brown, please." 

"You" She looked at me. I thought hard and finally came up with what I wanted it

"Blonde with blue two tone." The girls looked shocked.

"Demi! You've only been brown and black! Are you sure you want blonde with blue!?" Ally asked. Ariana still looking weird at me.

"Yah. It'll be a fun change." She sat back in her chair.

"Worrywart. What would you like?" The hair girl asked. I belly laughed at that one. Ally looked eritated. 

"Blonde highlights, please. not to bright." She nodded and got the dyes from the back. Here we go!

"BYE GIRLS!" Ally dropped me off at my house while Ariana and her were waving. My hair looked really good I though. No more boring haired Demi. This is bright, fun, Demi. I went inside and saw Dallas eating Chinese food. She looked at me wide-eyed

"What in the hell?! Demi you look like you put sand in your hair and then went to a Blue Man Group Concert!?" I laughed at her comment. 

"Did you get my order." She snapped out and handed me a box.

"Orange chicken with fried rice." Making a gross face. I looked at her

"Talking to the girl who puts shredded cheese on her bagels." I said.

"HEY! Ashton puts cream cheese on his pickles." I laughed. We both really missed the twins. But the throw up came up thinking of what Haley whispered to me.

"Hey Dallas. Do you think Keaton has ever had sex?" She looked at me and burst out laughing.

"Demi. Were talking about the boy who still goes to Chuckie Cheese EVERY Friday night." I laughed too. He actually does that. But Haley must have made it up because Keaton would NEVER do it. And even though there twins, Ashton would NEVER let him go to parties. 

I finished my Chinese food and said goodnight to Dallas. I laid in my bed thinking off a black haired beauty, a bitch, twin brothers in Rio, mom and dad, and Chuckie Cheese. I then drifted off to sleep. Hoping this summer would be one I'd never forget.
