Kirby and Meta knight were duking it out again on his ship, hurling 1,000 mph into space. "You know, meta, you're pretty hot." Charmingly said Kirby. "Uh... Er, when did you talk?" He said, greatly astonished. The two stood there on the floor, facing each other. "Since forever...?" Said Kirby, with a nervous laugh. Meta knight winced. He remembered listening to Kirby babbling about something. He was walking on a dirt road to get groceries, and Kirby just appeared out of nowhere. He was raving on for a while, then signed. Meta knight put a hand on his back. That made Kirby feel better, as he gave Meta knight a hug. "Yeah... I've never understood you. Ever," he said. There was a moment of silence.
Questions that couldn't be answered at the moment swirled nervously in his head. "Well, heck." Kirby said. He tried to think of a worse curse word, but in dreamland english there wasn't any. They sat down on the cold, dusty floor together. Meta knight did what always worked and put a hand on his back. Kirby stared at him, than got a mischievous smile on his face. "I think I'd feel a whole lot better if I got to take your mask off," said Kirby. Meta tensed. "Y-you know I can't take it off!" he yelled. Kirby whined. "Why not?" "Um- Religious reasons!" spat out Meta knight. Kirby giggled cutely. "You're a bad liar." Meta knight wouldn't tell, much to Kirby's dismay. Than an idea popped into his head. "You better tell me, or... I'll tickle you!" threatened Kirby. "No! Not the tickle- Aha ha ha! Kirby! Stop! Hee hee hee... Stop!! Okay, fine! I'll tell you." Kirby got off of Meta knight. "I don't what you to see my face...erm, because..." The intensity in the room intensified. "It's too cute." Kirby tried to cover up his giggles, but than burst out laughing. "Too cute! Coming from Meta knight! Bwahaha!" he guffawed. "I'm serious..." whined Meta knight. After laughing, Kirby grabbed his arms. "C'mon, it's not gonna be that bad," said Kirby, as he lifted the metal mask from Meta's face.
Kirby's jaw dropped, as he admired Meta knight's face. He always imagined what lay underneath that mask was dark, scarred, and may or not be gruesome, but this was the complete opposite of that. It was so. CUTE. No, it exeeds cute. Kawaii. His amber yellow eyes glittered like the sun. He had star and heart shaped stickers on his cheeks. Picking at them, he said, "Yeah, I have bad acne..." His voice sounded significantly lighter. Kirby wondered if he had a voice modifier on his mask. "Are you done yet...?" Meta asked, blushing over the attention he was getting. Kirby noticed how cute his shy smile was. "Yeah," Kirby said, as he kissed Meta on his nonexistent lips. He quickly squirmed away. "Woah! Kirby! Don't you think it's a bit too early for that?" he said, suprised. Now, it was Kirby's turn to blush. "Oh. Erm, yeah, I- sorry," muttered Kirby. Meta put the mask on his face. Determined not to say a word, he headed for the door. "Wait! Would you wanna go on a date?" Kirby called, trying to salvage his relationship with Meta knight. He stopped at the doorframe. He turned around slightly and muttered, "No." He slammed the door with a swoosh of his cape.
"Well, I'll just... hang out here... in your cargo room..." he softly said, solemnly sitting down on the cold, hard floor.
