All Over Again (Jack Gilinsky)

Chapter 2

Arabella's P.O.V.

I got a muffin and a Carmel Frappe. I had about 20 minutes left of home room, and my school is only 5 minutes away from Starbucks. I sat in the parking lot. I looked out the window and saw the sky become dark and cloudy. I turned on my radio and let the sound of the music clear the silence that was currently in my car. 'Stay With Me' by Sam Smith played on a low volume. I put my sunglasses on over my eyes. Yes, I'm on of those people. I wear sunglasses in any weather. I pulled out of the parking lot and began to drive off to school.

Jack's P.O.V.

As I pulled into Jack's driveway with Sam sitting in the back, I beeped the horn to signal Jack that I'm here. Just as I was about to be the horn again Jack came running out. "Hey man" he said to me as he entered the passenger side of my car. "Sup." I simply say. I pulled out and drove off to school.

Arabella's P.O.V.

I saw the school building and sighed. I pulled into the senior parking lot and parked my car. I scrambled through my bag looking for my student id. Of course. I left my id at home. "Shit" I said under my breath. I called my best friend Leylah.

Leylah: "Hey where are you."

Arabella: "I left my stupid id at home and you know I can't get in the damn building without it. You still got my spare one ?"

Leylah: "Yeah are you still in the parking lot?"

Arabella: "Yeah. I'll meet you by you're car."

Leylah: "Okay bye."

I hung up. I literally love her. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be going to school. I've forgotten my id so many times. I get out my car grab my bag and my drink. I walk two cars over and see her black Honda. I lean against it waiting for her to be in my presence.

Jack's P.O.V.

As I pulled into Jack's drive way I beeped the horn signaling for Jack to get out here. "Hey guys." he said to Sam and I getting in the passenger side. "Sup." we both simply said. I pulled out and headed off to school.

Once we got there I pulled into the senior parking lot. I slowly drove around trying to find a spot. As I drove pass a black Honda, I realized who was standing there. There she was. I haven't seen her since the summer. I found a spot about 3 spots away from where the car she was leaning against was, but I was parked right next to her car. I even remember her car. I remember everything. We we're best friends. Until this summer. Once I parked, Sam got out and ran to his girlfriend who was at the black Honda. Im guessing that was her car. Sam's girlfriend Leylah also, her best friend went into her car and grabbed something and handed it to her. She hugged Leylah and was saying "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you." She smiled and turned around and faced her car. She was the same girl I always knew. Wore the sunglasses in any weather, an outfit that's not to flattering just something comfortable, and always a Starbucks drink in hand. I smiled at the sight of her. I finally got out the car. I turn around for a quick second to get my bag and I turn back around and she's gone. I look towards the main entrance of the school building and see her rushing to get into the building. I jog over to Sam, and Leylah with Jack trailing behind me. "Hey uh why did she run away?" I asked them. "Cause she saw you Jack. You know she hates you." Leylah said to me. They kept talking but I blocked them out and thought about that night. I don't blame her for hating me. If I was in her shoes, I'd hate myself too. Then the third bell rang signaling five minutes left of home room, which shook me from my thoughts. I followed behind Leylah, Sammy, and Jack as we entered the school building.
