Today is the day where everything stops. For the best of this school.
I get up and get everything ready for today and try to make it unnoticeable.
It wasn't hard because I still changed, ate, and brushed my teeth unnoticed.
"Come on Elizabeth, we'll be late if you take too long in your room." Alex yelled. "I'll be in the car and leaving in five minutes if you don't get out!"
"Okay, hold up. I'm just checking something." And it was true. I was checking if everything was in place. In my room and my backpack.
Then I'm out.
