Past resurfaces

"Wooo they are such beautiful creatures" Madison sighs, going all gaga over the dolphins playing in the pool. The trainer was there too. They showed some tricks which everyone enjoyed.

"Yes" Alexis agreed. She took pictures of almost everything. It was a bright sunny day.

And Justin was busy interacting with the guys he made friends with, catching a glimpse of Alexis every now and then. And that, she noticed, twice maybe.

When the show was over, everyone headed for the nearby restaurant which Justin had booked for lunch. That place specialized in sea food.

Alexis grabbed her bag and stood up.

"Go on Madison. Save a seat. I gotta go to the restroom"

"Yea okay" she smiled and walked away with other girls.

After a few minutes when she was done, she walked out and headed for the restaurant. But just then someone grabbed her arm harshly. 

"What the hell are you doing here?!" she almost yelled.

"Hear me out, don't hate me Alexis..." he begged. 

"Too late, Harry!"

"But, babe..."

"For God's sake don't follow me. Leave me alone" Alexis said weakly, almost tearing up. She didn't want him to see her like this, so she started walking away.

"Don't you dare walk away from me!" he yelled. Alexis turned around.

"Who do you think you are?!" she spoke strongly and then she did something he wasn't expecting. She slapped him, hard. Everyone around them stopped. 

Harry was beyond angry. You could see it in his eyes. They were fierce and piercing. He stepped forward to hit her but just then Justin caught hold of him along with 2 other guys.

"If you don't want any problems, I suggest you to walk away right now." Justin warned.

"Who the hell are you?! I'm not going anywhere!" Harry shouted.

"I strongly suggest you reconsider. I don't want my friends here to become violent." Justin said, the two guys had his back. He was so calm and it just infuriated Harry even more. Alexis was scared. She hid behind Justin. 

"Oh, so you're that kind of guy. I'm leaving, but this isn't over Alexis!" he threatened and looked straight at her. He meant what he said.

 He then looked at Justin

"Same for you, you little piece of shit" Harry spat and he left.

What a pathetic guy

Justin just laughed. And everyone else went back to minding their own business. He thanked the guys who came with him.

"No worries Justin" they said and left.

Justin then turned around.

"Are you okay?" he asked Alexis. He really was concerned.

Alexis was in a trance. She couldn't put two thoughts together. The past had resurfaced, making her mind go numb.

"Eh...what?" she said.

"Are you hurt?" he asked and bent down a little, getting closer to her face.

"Oh...yes...I mean...no...I..."

What are you doing Idiot

"Well, thank you. I don't know what would've happened if you hadn't showed up" she said finally.
