Part 6

When Millie and Bucky got up from their nap Winnie was sitting on the coffee table. "Mom why are you watching us sleep." Bucky said

"I haven't been watching long. Me and your daddy want to talk to you both." Winnie said

"Can we talk in the kitchen I'm hungry." Millie said

Winnie laughed and said "yes I have strawberries that I cut up while you were sleeping." 

"Mmm strawberries sound delicious." Millie said 

They went into the kitchen and Bucky picked Millie up and sat her on the counter as she started to eat strawberries. "Ok so Millie and Bucky we think or atleast we hope that if you all show that you are going to be mature and responsible about the whole situation that maybe John won't be so angry about it. But if he does get angry about it then I had Mr Romanoff draw up some papers for you Millie." James said 

"What do we have to do? And or what kind of papers." Millie said 

"Well I think that if you tell him that you are pregnant and show him the ultrasound and tell him that you all have decided to keep the baby and that you would like move in here with Bucky that way you two can be together and raise the baby together and tell him that we are supportive and your friends and their parents are supportive that you want his support too that maybe he will see that you are being responsible about it. But if he's not and he gets angry then we got you some emanciptation papers." Winnie said

"What is that?" Bucky said 

"It's basically a paper that he will sign that says he no longer has guardianship of her. If he doesn't support her decision then she can ask him to sign them." James said 

"We asked that everyone come over for when you all tell him." Winnie said

Steve and Wanda came in the front door and Steve said "I also will have your back sis." 

"Ok...well I um Buck are you ok with all of this?" Millie said

"Yes I am..I love you Millie." Bucky said as he fed her a strawberry. 

"I love you too." she said 

"Ok well we asked everyone to come over around 4 and that's in 30 minutes." Winnie said 

All of their friends and their parents started to file in and then her dad and stepmom came in and said "Why did you ask us to come over James and Winnie?'

"Millie and Bucky have something that they would like to share." Winnie said 

Millie bit her lip and said "Daddy I have something to tell you. Just please sit down on the bar stool first." 

John sat down and Sarah sat beside him and she walked over and put her ultrasound picture in front of him upside down. "Flip it over dddaddy." She said

"Millie what's going on?" John said

"Just flip it over please." she said 

Her dad flipped it over and said "Is this a joke Amelia?"

She bit her lip and shook her head no Bucky pulled her back to him. "You lied to me Amelia Gracelynn you swore to me that you and that boy were not having sex." 

"Dad calm down." Steve said 

"Amelia Gracelynn Rogers! How could you do this you are 16 years old." John said 

Millie had to fight the tears and said "Daddy please don't do this." 

"Don't do what? Get angry you are 16 years old and I tried to prevent this from happening to you Amelia I told you no sex no sleepovers and the moment I let you have some freedom you get pregnant." John said
