~I know I haven't uploaded in a long time. And I left the last chapter on a sorta cliffhanger, but I'm gonna do my best on this chapter!~

Once Zeref pointed out what was wrong I couldn't stop thinking about it. Zeref was trying to tell me something but I didn't pay any attention to what he was saying. Soon enough he was waving his hand in my face trying to get my attention.

"Heh, sorry Zeref. I was spacing off wasn't I..." I sighed. I looked up at him to see that he was frowning. He was obviously worried, not only about me.

"It's okay Y/N, I understand if you're trying to register what's going on." Zeref replied placing a reassuring hand on my bare shoulder. He gently smiled, which of course, I returned.

"What are we going to do? We have to make a plan don't we?" I asked. I had no idea what we were supposed to do. We have no clue where the real Natsu could be, or who this fake is.

"Y/N... We have no lead. We're going to have to unpause time. And I'm going to have to watch from a distance. Whatever you do, don't act rash. Everyone else doesn't know this Natsu is a fake, and we don't know how dangerous this person is." Zeref explained. He teleported behind a tree a little distance away and snapped his fingers.

Time was back and the fake Natsu opened his mouth. "Yo, Y/N. Up for a fight?"

"Uhh... Sure?" Y/N replied. I'm not going to act out, my friends could get in trouble and I don't want that to happen.

I follow the fake Natsu over to a clearing in the forest. Everyone that was watching had gone back to doing what they were before.

Zeref on the other hand silently followed Natsu and Y/N.

"Y/N L/N." The fake Natsu growled.

"Y-yes?" I replied. A shiver went down my spine. Hearing my name being said like that from my lover was spoopy. (sns m8)

"I took Natsu. And if you want him back, you will have to take his place for his freedom." The fake said once more.

"First, who are you? Second, what job are you making him do? And third, I'll do anything to take him back." I replied. I wasn't going to let some weird fake person take my Natsu away from me.

"First, you will find out soon. Second, you will also find that out soon. And third, that's good, because we will be going to him right now." The fake replied. I was getting tired of this back and forth talking, I needed answers.

"Fine, but let me go make up an excuse to tell my friends," I replied. He nodded and I went on my way back to the beach. Everyone turned around when they heard me call.

"What is it Y/N?" Laxus asked. He got up from under his shaded umbrella and walked over to me.

"I need to go do something with Natsu. Don't worry, it won't be something bad." I reassured. "And it won't be long."

"Where are you going through?" Laxus asked. He wasn't going to let me go that easy since I am a magnet to trouble.

"That's for me and Natsu to know." I fake smiled. No one saw through it and Laxus just nodded. Laxus walked back to his spot and I turned around and started walking back towards the spot where I was before.

Zeref was watching them from the bushes for a little while but knew he could do nothing to change Y/N's mind.

As soon as I got back to the fake Natsu he walked over to me. He put his hands on my shoulders and said, "As long as you don't do anything stupid or resist then no one will get hurt, you understand?"

I just simply nodded. The fake put an arm around my shoulders and we were teleported. It took a few minutes for it to happen, so I was left to my thoughts. How could I let something like this happen to Natsu? We said we were going to stick together no matter what, and I already lost him. But I knew my Natsu wasn't going to be giving up just yet.

Filled with hope thinking about Natsu, they had arrived.

We were inside a dark cellar. I could hear the water dripping off of the ceilings and could even feel some land on my head. The fake let go of me and started walking towards a cracked door at the end of the hallway we were in. I didn't move.

"Follow me, if you want him to survive." The fake growled. I quickly caught up to him and followed closely behind. "Oi, you don't need to walk that close."

"Sorry." I mumbled.

We continued walking through dark hallways till we eventually reached a cell cut off from the others. I heard rattling and I looked inside. I gasped and tears came to my eyes.

My Natsu was trying to escape.
