1) Turn off notifications
2) Switch off vibration
3) Set your screen auto lock to the minimum
4) Dim brightness of display
5) Turn off background app refresh
6) Switch off 3g/LTE
7) Turn on airplane mode
8) Don't let your phone search for signals
9) Don't wait till your battery is dead to charge
10) Don't use additional functions
11) Keep calls short
12) Adjusting network settings may help
13) Avoid animated/moving backgrounds
14) When charging your phone battery, shut your phone completely down. It will most likely help your phone battery to charge faster. Believe me, I've tried and tested it out myself.
