The Day it Happened

So it was the day off the recital and Keith was worried but managed to get himself ready. He was supposed to dance two dances. Both with only Lance. The two of them didn't know how the audience would react. They hoped for the best. The first dance was a classic, the tango the second, a dance they had made together. Keith wouldn't admit it but he had decided he had  a crush on Lance. He would be dancing a very romantic dance with his crush. With that in mind he and Krolia set of to the school.

 Lance's pov

He saw Keith pull up and his heart raced a tiny bit. No one knew and Lance would never tell, that he sort of liked his student. He had wondered if Keith liked him back. Lance knew the chance was less then likely. He would try to ask Keith out later after the recital. They were third. Lance walked up to the car. As soon as Keith has said goodbye to Krolia, Lance pulled him in the school. "Come on! We have to get you into costume." The pair ran into the gymnasium where the dancers would be getting dressed. Lance pulled Keith into their area. Keith was willingly being dragged. He blushed when Lance took his hand however. It  went away in less then a minute. Lance turned and gave him his costume. Lance was already in his. "Sorry Keith. We couldn't do much because it was halfway made." His was a red that kind of was light and dark. The reason Lance was apologizing was because they wanted two boy costumes but Keith's had a skirt. But Keith didn't really care. Lance's was blue without the skirt.

The dance

Lance walked in from the left, Keith from the right. The music began. The two danced in sync. It was nearing the end. Now it was time for the dip. The audience applauded. Lance landed down halfway. To his surprise Keith leaned up finishing the kiss. The pair held each other for a minute.  When they separated the audience was roaring with more applause then the other dances ever got. Lance and Keith took a bow.
