"What do you mean?" I asked. "I'm not jobless, I have a job."
"I didn't mean it like that-" his phone rang, saving him from any further explanation. "One second, I'm sorry" he said before answering his call and walking a bit further for privacy.
Still petting Gureum, I rambled on about my concerns. "Should I trust this man? I literally just met him.." she perked her ears up, I guess I could take that as a sign to trust them.
"Also, about your name.. Gureum or Coco?" I asked myself. I really like both names, Gureum suited her appearance, but Coco just sounds so cute.
"Gureum." she looked up, but no special sign. "Coco." her tail wagged in response. "Coco it is!" I smiled, bringing her closer in my embrace.
After a bit, Youngjae came back. "Uhm.. They said you could move in, where do you live? We can pack everything up."
"Wait what? I barely gave you an answer to that agreement!" I was obviously suprised, who randomly makes plans without any consent?
"It's the only way, because most of the other options are preferably worse on both ends." he somewhat explained the situation.
"But I literally just met you, how am I supposed to trust you and the other guy?" I fumed. This is not a normal situation, what does he mean by 'the other options are preferably worse on both ends' is he some criminal?
"Coco trusts us. Can we just have a simple agreement? I'm really not in the mood to fight."
"Fine, let me tell my roomate. She'd be so happy that I'm moving out." I said half-heartily. Making him form a questioning look, "I can't pay half the rent, she gets mad every month because of the bill" I tried my best explaining
"Oh.. You won't have to pay at our place, is that convincing enough?" he smiled.
"We'll see, it just sounds like you live in a dumpster, but I question it, because your phonecase and sweatshirt says 'SUPREME' which is unnessicarily expensive" I truthfully pointed out.
He awkwardly laughed and was going to say something, but stopped and gestured me to lead the way to my house.
