"Coups-ah can you hand me Seunghannie's blanket", Jeonghan instructed as he tried to keep his child from crying due to the lack of sleep the toddler got from the flight to California, "give me a second, baby". Seungcheol hurriedly dug into the toddler's bag of necessities, while Seunghan kept a hold on one of his fingers, he just refused to let go, the car ride to the rented beach house was the definition of chaotic. "A-appa! Appaaaaaa- blanket!", Seunghan cried aloud as Jeonghan cooed into his ear, wiping the tears and snot falling on the little boy's face. "It's okay Seunghannie~", Deokyeom tried to cheer the boy up, but Seunghan was not having it as he cried louder. "Oooh it's okay Seunghannie, no need to cry, your a big boy now", Jeonghan slowly convinced the whining younger, "sorry hyung...", DK apologized, but the older smiled at him to reassure that it wasn't his fault Seunghan kept crying.

After Seungcheol finally handed the blanket to the younger, he toned down a notch, nonetheless he was still a crying mess. Yet Jeonghan kept whispering sweet nothings, caressing the toddler's sweaty head, patting down the messy hair. Little by little Seunghan stopped crying to a sniffle, Seungcheol could only stare at his angels. The other members in the van were either asleep, on the phone or staring out the window. They've just arrived to California, but it was going to be a long week of photo shoots and promotions, but soon enough there will be another week of vacation time.

It was the most challenging stunt they've ever pulled, but Jeonghan wanted to take his son to Cali with him and somehow DoogiPD made it happen. This was definitely going to be risky, but it already started as soon as Jeonghan fell in love with the kid, he wasn't gonna stop there, not at all.

"Make sure you guys unpack before you do anything else, alright!", Jeonghan's voice echoed through the beach house where all the guys scattered into each of their paired rooms. "Hon, can you make sure the kids are actually unpacking, please", Seungcheol walked towards Jeonghan and the sleeping Seunghan who was settled comfortably on the bed. Seungcheol kissed his babies, "of course, but when I get back you better be sleeping too", the leader knew how tired the angel was, but Jeonghan didn't care, as long as it was for Seunghan. "I'll sleep after I unpack our things-", the older was not having any type of reasoning, especially when the younger was testing his own health, "no. Sleep. I'll unpack our things after I check on the boys, you go sleep, we have a meeting tomorrow", Jeonghan smiled dearly, pecking his boyfriend on his lips, "thank you, Cheol".

"That little boy is like the twelve of us combined", Jihoon conversed with Hoshi, Seungcheol walking in to catch Jihoon's comment since he was suppose to check on their progress with unpacking. "You couldn't have said it any better", the star boy returned, hanging his clothes in the closet. "Exactly. That's basically twenty four kids your Hannie hyung is handling and so am I, so help us out and watch your dongsengs, we have a meeting tomorrow too, so don't stay up too late", Seungcheol announced as he leaned towards the other unit leaders' door frame. "Yes'sir", Soonyoung playfully saluted whilst Woozi chuckled, shaking his head.

It was oddly quiet in Seokmin and Joshua's room, so he knocked, but only gave a millisecond in before opening the door. "Uh, what's up... hyung", the third oldest greeted awkwardly, Seokmin was fast asleep, koala hugging his poor Joshua hyung who looked like he gave up from separating himself from the boy and just got comfortable, busying himself on his phone. The leader rose an eyebrow, but retained a sly smile, "he just jumped me and fell asleep like this... I couldn't stop him", Jisoo laughed slightly as if to say 'oh well'. S.Coups sighed but smiled either way, "fine, fine, but make sure to unpack before tomorrow comes, we have a meeting to discuss this weeks agenda". Joshua nodded returning the smile, before he could walk out, Joshua called out, "how's Jeonghannie and Seunghannie?", the best friend was worried, who could blame him. "Don't worry, Seunghannie's fast asleep and I told Han to sleep too, or else", Seungcheol winked jokingly, Jisoo making a weird face.

"Mingyu! Yaah! Stop!", Wonwoo cried out as he tried to push the giant, that was tickling him, off, but Mingyu was persistent, "but I don't wanna stop", the younger mischievously captured his older's wrists, pinning them down on the bed. Mingyu was trying to be seductive, but Wonwoo just found it hilarious, of course it was definitely hot, but the younger was trying so hard that it was just too cute. "Mingyu! W-we have to unpack!", Mingyu pouted, instead of tickling Wonwoo's hips, he went for showering sweet kisses on the older's face, "Wonwoo's right", suddenly, Seungcheol's voice intruded Mingyu's plans, Wonwoo was finally able to push the big lug off of him, "ouch!". "I'm not even surprised... just makes sure to unpack and don't stay up too late, we have a meeting tomorrow, Alright?", the two younger members nodded, Wonwoo holding in a laugh as Mingyu was on the floor rubbing his head.

Seungcheol breathed in, hoping to Jisoos that when he opened that door he wouldn't regret it, as much as it was fun to embarrass the members, he was just too tired from the trip, the door was actually slightly ajar, so all Seungcheol had to do was peak inside and so he did. And lord Jisoos, what laid before him were two of his youngest kids, Seungkwan straddling Vernon, while Vernon had such a 'let's have some fun' expression. Seungcheol took a fast step back, "okay, fine Jisoos, have it your way...", he bit his lip, contemplating on whether to interrupt the two hormonal kids or not, he was a leader after all, a whole minute passed by and finally Seungcheol decided to knock on the door quickly, "don't forget to unpack, we have a meeting tomorrow so don't stay up late either", and with that the leader scurried off to the next room.

"I swear China line don't fail me now...", Seungcheol whispered to himself, hoping to Jisoos once more, that Minghao and Jun were not doing anything intimate. While he was at a midway knock, Jun suddenly opened the door, "oh, hyung", Jun was surprised. Seungcheol internally sighed in relief, "did you guys-", the leader was about to ask the question but Minghao finished it, "unpack? Yup", Minghao could be seen laying on the bed looking at his phone, his head dangling at the edge of the bed while he held up the device. "Good, we have a meeting tomorrow about this weeks agenda, so don't stay up too late", Seungcheol smiled at the two, "Alright, by the way, how's Jeonghan hyung and Seunghannie?", Jun asked, The8 perking up at the mention of the two.

"They're resting. Make sure you guys look over your other members, okay? With Seunghan here Hannie's gonna be really tired, so I have to make sure your mother's more than fine", Seugcheol leaned on the door frame as he he babbled on about how fragile Jeonghan would get and how he had to make sure he would be there for their un-biological mother. "You act as if Jeonghan hyung is a mother going in labor", Jun joked earning a laugh from Minghao and Seungcheol.

"Well it's more like after labor, there's twelve of you- that's real crazy now that I think about it like that".
