They had stuck together for a week after everything. They each went back to their parents only to find Taehyung's were the only ones alive, however, his mom turned and bit his dad. Jungkook has watched enough zombie shows to know what to do but none of them could bring themselves to do it, especially not Taehyung. They decided to wait and see if it would even happen, as far as they knew, Taehyung's mom wasn't even bit. Her corpse was still out back, safe to say, none of them have gone out back. In the end, it is the bite that turns you. Taehyung is the one who decided it wasn't right to let his dad suffer, they could still be alive in there, seeing themselves attacking others. They knew Taehyung couldn't do it, so Jungkook took his dad out. They couldn't stay in the house anymore, so they decided to grab all the supplies they could and head away from the cities. They packed up the truck and went on their way.

"No you idiot I'm going the right way!"

"Taehyung, if you aren't we are going straight into Houston! Do you realize how fucked we are if we do?!"

"Google is never wrong, Jimin!"

"Will you two shut up already! I'm trying to finish my homework!"

"You fucking brought your homework?" Jimin responded, turning in his seat to look at Jungkook in the back.

"Of course I did! If this is over soon we're gonna have to go back to school."

"You're the one who told us all the tips about surviving the apocalypse. This isn't going away."

Jimin and Jungkook solemnly looked down at Taehyung's words.

"Oh shit."

Jungkook and Jimin looked up, only to notice they were heading into the city.

Taehyung pulled over before putting his head into his hands.

"Go ahead and say 'I told you so', Jimin."

"I told you so."

Jungkook hit the back of Jimin's head before rubbing Taehyungs shoulder.

"Taehyung, you're under a lot of stress. Let me drive for a bit okay? You need to rest."

Taehyung sniffed and nodded, opening his door to switch with Jungkook, all of them froze when they heard a crash from the city.

They all got out of the car to see multiple buildings collapsing, a few military helicopters smashing into them.

Taehyung squinted before his eyes widened and he quickly grabbed his phone from the cup holder.

"Shit shit shit no no no."

Jungkook and Jimin turned to see Taehyung pacing.

Jimin held onto Taehyung's arm as Jungkook asked what what's wrong.

"I thought i was wrong, but one of the helicopters flew into a cell tower."

"And...?"

"You're an idiot, Jimin."

"Go fuck yourself, Jungkook! You nev-"

"It means our phones have lost service. There hasn't been WiFi for days now. Our phones are worthless." Taehyung cut off the two's bickering.

Both Jimin and Jungkook looked down, now realizing what that meant.

"I don't know how to use a real map." Jungkook muttered.
