While Sebastian was in his young master office Sebastian was still in pain due to his now weak bladder Ciel smirked darkly at his weak butler and signals him to come over around his desk and sit on his lap.

Ciel: I just want to talk to you about hows being a kid like. *Rubs Sebastian bladder slowly*

While Sebastian was sitting in my lap he started squirming more with the amount of pressure i put on his bladder i know he wants to pee i just know it.
