Ability - telekinesis Weakness and limitation - bad headaches for over use, nosebleeds, passing out. If she doesn't train to move heavier objects she won't be able to. If she is unfamiliar with the objects she has to focus more than usual to control it. If she goes over her time or weight limit she will have to not use her ability for two days at least and five at most. During those days she will be considerably weaker than her usual state.
