You were so excited because today's the day that your going to the dance with Tim. Your parents let you skip school with your friends because they knew you needed half the day to get ready and prepared and the other half to chill and do whatever until it was time to get ready and go to the dance. You had actually spent the whole day doing nails and hair and makeup and getting your shoes last minute to go with your dress. Your friends don't know what dress your wearing and neither does Tim. You decided to just go with the flow and hoped that they two of you matched or at least your colour of clothes went together. You were putting on the last finishing touches on your makeup when you heard a knock at the door and you got your stuff because you knew it was Tim. When you opened the door you guys stood there just looking at each other. "Wow I'm so lucky." He said. "Why are you lucky?" You asked. "Because I get to dance with someone beautiful and she's good looking." He said and talked laughed. "Here are the flowers these are for you." He said. "Awe I feel bad now that I didn't get you anything." You said. "Don't feel bad your all I need tonight." He said. "Are you ready?" He asked. "Yea lets go." You said. You made it to the dance and you had everyone's head turned towards you and Tim. You could say that he was popular and you were kinda popular but it was good because you thought of it as if all the people standing there in the room were not there and it was just you and Tim. "Hey you want some punch or a soda?" He asked. "I'll take soda please." You said. "Do you know what you want or do you want me to surprise you?" He asked. "Surprise me." You said. "Ok." He said. He was not even an inch away from you when he came back and leaned up and kissed your cheek. You blushed and then went to sit at a table to wait on him. While you were waiting on him one of your friends came over to you. "Rhyme you look gorgeous how are you and TK?" You asked. "Good." She said. "Looks like you and Tim are getting along." She said. "Yeah." You said. "Wait girl do you like him?" She asked. "Yea I do and I already know that he likes me too." You said. "Cool- Wait how do you know that he likes you too?" She asked. "I walked in on him and birdie arguing and I went to ask them what's wrong and that's when he told her that he liked me." You said. "And did you tell him that you liked him back?" She asked. "Yes." You said. "Y/N you have to ask him out or he has to ask you out but either way you guys look cute together. If you and him do get together would you maybe wanna go on a double date with me and TK?" She asked. "Sure." You said. You stood up and gasped when you saw Tim. *Gasp* "Tim thats like my fave soda in the world how did you know?" You asked. "I only knew that because it's my sisters fave soda as well." He said. You guys sat and talked and drank your sodas together. While you were talking he put his hand over yours. "Hey wanna dance?" He asked. "Yes I'd like that." You said. You guys danced and had so much fun at the dance and since it was surprisingly sunny out still you guys decided to go and sit outside and wait for the stars to come out and share their presence with the world. You were starring at the night sky with the stars and the moon and you laid your head on his shoulder. "Y/N I need to tell you something." He said. "What do you have to tell me?" You asked while lifting your head up to look at him. "I have something to give you and I hope you like it." He said. He opened the box and you saw a bracelet in the box and you took it out and looked up at him. "Tim." You said. He then took the bracelet from you. "Y/N the first day of school I've always liked you and the day that you walked in me and Birdie fighting that was when I told her I liked you and that's why I told you that she was my ex because I didn't love her anymore now I love you and i got you this bracelet as a gift because I'm wanting to know if you'll be my girlfriend?" He asked. "Yes I'll be your girlfriend Tim." You said. He put it on you and that's when your friends came out and found you two outside. The guys pulled Tim aside and the girls pulled you aside. "Dude did you ask her and did she say yes?" Ace asked. "I did and she said yes." He said. "Y/N did he ask you out and did you say yes?" Birdie asked. "He did and I said yes are you ok with me and him going out?" You asked. "I am but I need to do something don't worry he's not gonna cheat on you." She said. "Hey Tim give me a kiss." She said. "Why I'm not dating you anymore." He said. "It's just to see if anything's there." She said. He kissed her and they immediately pulled back. "Ew gross." He said. "Ugh you kiss like my uncle and my older brother in a way." She said. And then the music came on and that's when you guys started dancing. And then you and Tim walked back to your house. "I had an awesome time with you tonight." He said. "I did too." You said. "I'll see you at school tomorrow." He said. "I'll see you tomorrow." You said. You went inside the house and you were so happy. You fell asleep dreaming about him and the rest of your future life with him.
