Skarlet Entertainment has released a statement regarding the upcoming debut of their first artist. According to the statement, the artist is going to be a Soloist, and will debut, as the first artist from Skarlet, since their first three years of hiatus. Rumors are, that the artist will be a male idol, specializing in rap.
