XIII. Candles

I walked with Tom and as he said we walked straight and then turned right, the kitchen was in front of our eyes, there was no way I could get lost; but maybe he had something to hide, but I don't really care.
When I arrived the desk was ready with the food Tom prepared, we were eating pasta, salad and as the main dish fish; it was as a banquet; the food was delicious up until the point I was about to explode.
-Did you enjoy the food?
-Yes, it was delicious; thank you
I wanted to help him and thanks him, so tried to pick up the dishes, but he stopped me.
-You surely are tired for today, don't worry you can begin tomorrow morning
-Yes..., sorry about it
-Sure, let me accompany you to your room
Tom walked me to the room an left me inside it; I changed my clothes and went straight to bed; falling immediately asleep.
I tend to wake up in the middle of the night, don't know why, but well... After I opened my eyes I wasn't in the room anymore, I was sit in a wooden chair painted in black and white, it made me remember about that woman.
I closed my eyes for a time and hope to be in the room again after I opened them, but I was still in the chair; I tried to stand up but I couldn't move, I realized I was trapped by ropes and couldn't escape; I have never been good with my force and decided to give up and closed my eyes and tried to sleep again.
-Oh don't tell me you want to sleep, please no
I heard a the voice of a woman coming somewhere, the room was completely dark and creepy, after some time passed someone lighted up a candle, it was Tom.
I could see two shadows but just one body, I began desperately searching for the other body.
-Oh dear, are you searching for me?
I heard the woman voice again and search for her in the direction the voice came from; suddenly another candle lighted up.
-Did you missed me?
When the candles were on I could clearly see who the woman was, the person who brought me to this nightmare in the very beginning, the woman who used to have the bird mask.
