I woke up to my alarm on my phone I got out of bed and walked to the shower. I let the hot water run down my back hitting my skin, it felt so good ,since I'm not really doing anything i guess I can do my daily jog and go to the gym. So I got out the shower lotion myself up and put on my boy shorts on and my a sports bra and some yoga pants on wit some work out shoes. I garbed my iPhone 5s my earphones that go with it a water bottle my 9 just in case and my money and I headed out the door

I was jogging down the street to the gym and I get all the holas a whistle as usual the I get a call from Trey. I stop jogging and answered

" Wassup bro " I said

" Hey " they said these niggas

" Going to the gym "

" Aye you want us to come with you? " said Rico

I laughed a little

" Bye " I said then I texted the girls to come they said they down but Mya said she didn't feel well so she stayed home I shook it off then I continued to jog to the gym

~At the gym~
