Lee was a 22 years old nurse who lived in a little flat in central London with her aunt Ruth who was a 45 years old reporter who worked for The Times. Her boss had told her she had to find a silver map localized in a cave in Germany but, unfortunately, she broke her leg a week ago while skating. She then decided her niece, Lee, was able to replace her since she loved to explore when she was younger.
Thus, Lee was currently waiting for her aunt's associate at the airport, trying to understand the Germans passers-by's conversations. He was a bit late but Lee wasn't worried: her aunt had told her that he was often. After ten minutes, someone touched her shoulder and asked her if she was Ruth's niece. When she answered positively, he told her he was James, Ruth's coworker. He asked her if she was ready to go and helped her carry her bags. He showed her a car near the entrance and asked her to follow him. It was a grey pickup with red flames on the sides. James drove for about an hour through the city when they entered a great forest. Approximatively twenty minutes later, he stopped the car.
In front of them was a huge wooden door sealed with a rusty chain and a big padlock witch blocked access to the cave. James took a large key from his pocket. It was pretty clean compared to the door and the chain. He told Lee to be very quiet inside the cave because he thought there maybe were squatters inside. He unlocked the door thanks to his key and they entered the cave. They walked in the dark for maybe half an hour and Lee started to ask herself about the existence of the silver map. Was it even possible for someone to make a silver map? Why would it be here anyway?
When Lee started to lose all hopes, they saw a weak light coming from a grid on the wall. They almost run to it but they heard a small noise just in front of them, on the floor. Since their eyes started to get used to the lack of light, they were able to see a very small shape that looked like a lizard. Lee knelt down to come closer and almost fell when she saw it. It wasn't a lizard but a newt. But not any normal newt, this one had a human face. Lee immediately recognised its face: she remembered it from when she was in her emo phase! It was Gerard Way's face!
She turned around to face James but his outfit wasn't the same. In place of his plain white shirt and his brown jeans was a blue overall with a heart in the middle of his chest with a yellow P inside it. He was smiling and told Lee he was going to save her because he was Platt-man, the new teen's favourite superhero. He was going to save her from the newt version of Gerard Way with his special power. His special power was looking pretty.
Lee knew that, if that Gerard Newt tried to kill them, they couldn't defend themselves. Because of course, looking pretty wasn't a superpower, except if Platt-man was able to seduce their opponent and make him leave... Well, obviously that was what he was going to do, and Lee felt a little exasperated.
Platt-man left the cave with the Gerard Newt singing My Way Home Is Through You with a lovesick expression on his face.
Lee took the silver map and ran after them to go out of the cave.
The three of them came back to London, Lee gave her aunt the silver map and Platt-man and the Gerard Newt decided to marry, move together in a nice house and have a lot of noisy kids.
