We agreed the games were over but you still played me. This was supposed to be serious. We were supposed to be good now." My voice cracks half way through and I try my hardest to hold back tears. There is no way that I will let him see me cry.
"Babygirl. You have to learn to not to be so naive because it will just get you hurt in the end. Maybe if you trusted me so much you should've taken my advice, but now look where you've ended up. Stop wasting your time and wake up." His cold words are like a knives in my chest. I can feel the hurt running through my body and I take in each one of his words.
He takes one step closer, grabbing my waist with his hand, the warmth enclosing in on me. He leans in close and whispers in my ear.
