Chapter 4

I couldn't help but giggle at their reactions, all of them dropped their jaws, to an extent, some more than others. I waved my had, my clothes changing and my hair changing to fit a princess of Gem much better. It was more comfortable. 

"Come," I told them, going forward, I looked back at them as they slowly came. I rolled my eyes. "Hurry, we don't have all day." They picked up their pace a little. I looked forward once again, seeing my grandparents and everyone else. I ran up to them, hugging them. 

"Nazera, it has been too long!" Grandmother gushed. "You can't leave us for that long." 

"I know, I'm sorry. I've been really busy." I told her. 

"With what?" Grandfather said a bit gruffly. I looked over at him, becoming more serious. 

"I will have to discuss this with the two of you later because it is a rather... sensitive subject." The two looked at me with a bit of concern. 

"Are those your... friends you were talking about?" Grandmother asked looking at them come up, slowly. 

"Yes, they are. I apologize for their slowness. I'm afraid they are a bit shocked. Nothing compares to the palace in their world." Grandfather puffed his chest in pride. 

"Good." 

"Where's your father?" Grandmother asked. I smiled a bit uneasy. 

"He couldn't come, and it is best to not talk about him with them around." Grandmother looked at me confused. "I'll explain later." I turned around to the team, ushering them up. They looked a bit nervous. I grabbed Miss Martian's hand pulling her up. 

"May I present, Ms. M'gann, from Mars." 

"Lovely to meet you." Grandmother said graciously, looking at her. "Is she..." 

"No, Grandmother, she's not from Earth, she's actually from a neighboring planet in their solar system, Mars." 

"I see." She nodded. Miss Martian curtsied. 

"I'm very excited to be here." Miss Martian told them. 

"As are we." Grandfather said. Next to come forward was Superboy. 

"This is Sir Connor." My grandparents nodded to him, while he awkwardly bowed. 

"Hi." He said. My grandparents shared a glance and a smile. Kid Flash was next. 

"Sir Wally." He bowed. 

"Sir? I like that." He said going over to the other two. Artemis came forward looking anxious. 

"This is Miss Artemis." They nodded. Aqualad was next. 

"Sir Kaldur." I said. 

"It is lovely to meet the both of you Your Majesties." I smiled, I knew that he would do well with this. 

"As it is to meet you." Grandfather said. Robin was last. 

"Sir Robin." 

"Is he-" 

"Yes, he is." I interrupted Grandfather, who raised an eyebrow at me. 

"I apologize." 

"Well, now that introductions have been made how about we go inside and eat." Grandmother suggested, putting her arm in Grandfather's. 

"Sounds great, I'm starving." Kid Flash said placing his hand on his stomach. I smirked, walking beside my grandparents. 

I watched the team look around the opulent dining hall and the food. Mabelle came out and said hello to me, which was a rather exhausting thing since she always had to hug me tightly, talk about how I was too skinny and then serve me a heaping plateful. I cleared my throat getting the team's attention.
